That is when i called Like salon, and this angel named Tracy answered and listened to our situation. It takes a very kind person to decide to help total strangers who were asking her to stay past closing time and take a brand new client, and that is the person Tracy is. We've all had a bad haircut at least once in our lives, but this was far worse, and it would take a very experienced person to somehow salvage what was left of my child's hair, and cut it into something that looked at least like a normal haircut. We knew it would mean having to cut all the gorgeous locks off that took over a year to grow, but seriously, there was no other way. Still, Tracy was able to transform a nightmare into a dream, and while the long hair was gone, the end result was a very smart style that will grow out well. It is quite attractive, and while my child was still inconsolable over losing all that hair, what a life saver Tracy was, and I can only imagine how gorgeous my child's hair will be as we continue to see her to shape it while it grows out again. So heart warming to find a kind, empathetic human being l, and what incredible luck we had in finding her. Thank you Tracy!

As someone with black box dye, many salons turned me away but not Jennifer. She was so excited to jump into this journey with me. She was so knowledgeable and has a passion for her craft. I asked him to cut it shorter and he let out a sharp exhale and looked up at the sky like he was pissed that I asked. It made me feel not good, the way he acted. I get it though, he's a grumpy old guy who probably just wants to retire, and we go there to get our hair cut, not for therapy, but still, I want to look good. After standing there for like 10 seconds being pissed and without even saying anything, he reluctantly did it, but barely trimmed anything at all, it literally didn't look any different. I wasn't going to ask again, so I went on my way. My family has told me the top is too long without me even saying anything. So I am going to someone else tomorrow to get it trimmed. 3 stars for being a good barber in the past but -2 for making me feel like he was pissed at me and for making me go to someone else to get it done how I like. But Gerardo will probably get you right. I haven't experienced the weird stuff some other reviews have stated.
