When the sheriff arrived I was told I needed a certificate of mailing, something her office never mentioned nor took care of. Even though a previous email mentioned she would take care of this, she changed her tune to say this is something property managers do. They also gave me procedures for a different jurisdiction. I spent hours at the courthouse figuring everything out myself. No accountability, no apology, and no refund. If you're hiring an attorney for clarity or support, I suggest looking elsewhere.
