After signing an agreement with Avery Strachan and Kerri Smith I wanted to meet them discuss their…read morecompany, how they prepare for court, transfer cases from the office of Jeffery Tapper, and go over some important cases, and just to a better idea of how they operate. I provided them with an agenda a head of time so they could prepare and make plenty of time to go over everything. When I showed up no one was ready and had to wait almost an hour. When we got into the conference room I gave them a copy of the agenda and Avery asked what that was and I told is was the agenda I sent to both of them over two weeks. Immediately she goes into lawyer mode and starts arguing with me and I must over have told her over 5 times I am here not to argues but to discuss everything like an adult. She could not understand what it was like to talk and not argue. She refused to discuss anything on the agenda and only retuned a number of files and when I asked why she had no reason but said she only picks winner cases and kept them. She from past experience was 99% correct. When I went back to the office she only kept she kept the people with bad credit. I stopped talking to Avery and only spoke with Kerri afterwards due to her lack of professionalism. Avery is great in court but absolutely horrible with customer service and should not be interacting with any customers.

I was referred to Ms. Strachan years ago and ended up giving her a couple hundred lawsuits to work…read moreon for a business that I was working for. I knew that a lot of the files weren't worth working on but she worked on them all and got incredible results. Ms. Strachan has always been professional and direct and as my attorney I had complete confidence in her. I've had sever friends contact her to discuss issues and she did not charge them for her time and they all appreciated her help. I even seen her in court one day when a friend of my was in renters court and after speaking to her about his situation she represented him for free. My friend was very happy. Anyway, I've searched around for different attorneys in her area of expertise and she is right at the top of the list and I see no reason to jump ship! Ms. Strachan, if you happen to see this review I just want to say thank you for all that you have done for my friends and I!

I can't recommend Mark Bobotek highly enough for estate planning services…read more I was referred to Mark for help with my will and power of attorney, and I'm so grateful. I had no idea where to begin, and the legal side of estate planning always felt overwhelming. Mark made the process simple, approachable, and completely manageable. From the very beginning, he was clear, patient, and professional. He explained every step in detail, took the time to answer my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The entire process was handled thoughtfully and efficiently. I felt confident and well-informed every step of the way. What impressed me even more was how my daughters immediately decided to work with Mark after seeing how smoothly things went for me. That turned into friends and relatives choosing him as well. He's now someone we all trust with these important matters. If you need help with a will, power of attorney, or full estate planning, Mark Bobotek is the person to call. He's knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cares about doing things right. You'll be in excellent hands.

After a car accident, I heard good things about Bob Katz so I decided to give them a call. I got…read moreplaced with "Gordon Feinblatt" firm. I guess they're the same thing? I don't know how these things work. Anyway... when my dad worked with Bob Katz, he had a terrific experience. I can't say the same for me.... I think I talked to the actual attorney once?... and I've been working with the paralegal ever since. Don't get me wrong, the paralegal is friendly, but I can tell she's super busy. I need to call/email a few times just to get a response back from them, and for a good chunk of this accident, I needed to make calls myself to the other parties insurance, car rental shop, and body shop. I thought I got an attorney to help with the headache of an accident... but somehow I'm still dealing with a huge mess. I understand that sometimes things don't work as smoothly, but at least keeping the customer in the loop would be helpful so I don't have to sit here wondering what in the world is going on with my case.

Gordon Feinblatt was exceptional, very clear on their services and what to expect. I worked…read moreextensively with Ms. Sarah Treuhaft and she was truly knowledgeable, patient, and precise in answering questions as well as in addressing concerns. She was very professional, very detail oriented and would thoroughly investigate things. My case took a while to resolve due to the nature of the injuries but that can be typical for any personal injury case. Sarah worked with me through it all and with all the years she's been with the company, it is a testimony that they not only treat clients with the utmost respect but that they have exceptional personnel that remain with the company. Gordon Feinblatt law offices handled it beautifully, they were always responsive and proactive in dealing with everything that came up. The case also involved their coordination with JAG for an Affirmative claim against the at-fault driver. They did a fantastic job navigating everything and took a great deal of stress out of the process. I highly recommend them to everyone and especially military for personal injuries because of their experience and expertise in the field. If they do come across something that isn't already in their knowledge index, they will look for the answers and research solutions/options. They are honest and transparent, the car accident was horrible, but they really took a good deal of the strain and stress from the aftermath. I am also impressed with how they protect personal information, utilizing a secure server and service for clients to access their personal documents since most case related documents contain protected medical data, personal identification information (PIIs) etc.
