My family hired Scott Morrison and it was the worst decision ever. He was unresponsive, dismissive,…read moreand rude. He was almost impossible to get a hold of or any of his staff. He was very judgmental and condescending which was a very unwelcoming and awkward feeling. He had so many legal assistants because they all left, which left all of our questions on hold and unanswered. When he did finally get back to us, he treated us like it was a bother to get back to us. He also billed us incorrectly (charged us more than what we owed) and had to make adjustments. I would not recommend Scott or his office. Breeze Carvajal Frederick, MD

A few years later and now it's on their website. My father was a lawyer and unfortunately he had Parkinsons and was confined to bed. Now, I've worked with several lawyers in my career and up until then, I could honestly say that I had little trust/respect for the profession and it was with trepidation that we made an appointment with Marshall. I am so pleased to say that Marshall exceeded all our expectations and allayed our fears within our first appointment! He's a very warm and easy person to talk to and was so patient when answering questions or explaining things. It was a genuine surprise to find a lawyer we could trust and respect in such short order. Marshall kept in touch with regular status updates, as well as calmed our nerves with his extensive knowledge on the steps (plus average length of time) that these issues typically take to resolve. I cannot say enough good things about Marshall and the practice. I heartily recommend Marshall to anyone with similar issues -- you will not be disappointed with the results! (Thanks again Marshall!) (Note--We especially appreciated his willingness to give us an in-person appointment considering we were still in the midst of a pandemic and vaccines had not rolled out yet. Social distancing was practiced during our time there.)

We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this firm for will and trust creation. But there's a warning. You need to do your homework while you process the drafts and figure out what YOU want to do which may not be the easiest thing to do. Take the time. It took us more time than we expected (our fault) to review the draft documents. We did two hard copy drafts and one draft where we just exchanged the modifications. It's a journey, not a desitnation.
