Great people providing a great service and good prices with a warming smile. Wouldn't go anywhere…read moreelse.

*Apparently it's all about the money $ not your pet. The money you are paying for a service: which…read more(should) be for helping with your pet's healthcare, not "nickel and diming" you the second you step through the door. *Rude and uncaring: We have had THREE dogs over the years that required being euthanized, and we had to go by THEIR "Busy" schedule, not our dog's immediate needs. "We can't fit her in, go somewhere else", or "We're too busy today, bring her in, in the morning". Our poor dog laid on the kitchen floor until the next day, when they would admit her to be euthanized. Needless to say we didn't take our other 2 dogs there when the time came. *Emergency Care? Forget it. They'll send you somewhere else. Apparently they just want to give vaccines, clip nails and run tests. *Stray cat spay or neuters? Forget it. We called about getting that service done and were told it would end up being around $200! What? Guess they don't want to help keep the local cat population down. We had to load up our stray cat and took it to the spay/neuter clinic in Richmond. -Guess they never watched an episode of Dr. Jeff, Rocky Mountain Vet, known for his (free or low cost) spay and neuter clinic for the community's feral cat population. *Pet owner shaming. That's right, if you don't agree with them, you're the bad pet owner. No thanks. We have probably had more pets over the years than all of that staff combined. Bottom line: Veterinarians (and their clinics) are supposed to practice medicine to alleviate suffering, offering the usual treatments at a fair and reasonable price, & contribute to medical advancements. Sadly, that description does not fit this Veterinary Clinic.
