You can email them your files. This allows for you to not have to leave and come back for those bigger jobs. 2. Speedy printing (depending on the job, of course. If it's not too big a job, they do same day printing. Bigger jobs, you will want to give them a day's notice. 3. Good customer service. Can a copy shop really be like Cheers? If so, this is the one. 4. Competitive prices. I know that when I first got a job done here after having to rely on Fed Ex/Kinkos, I was pleasantly surprised by how much cheaper they are. They did a huge vinyl banner for me for about a hundred bucks, which would have been a lot more at Fed Ex/Kinkos (sorry, I think they'll always be Kinkos to me). And there you have it! In the spirit of Yelp, I implore you to use the independently owned business instead of the big guys. In this case, considering convenience, price, and customer service, there's no reason not to. The owner was very kind and took the time to explain all of the processes and options I had for devolving, and I learned a lot. Processed negatives, cut into strips at $4/roll was what I ended up going with, but they do scans and prints as well. After a couple of business days, my film was ready. Bring some extra cash when you pick up your items because they keep some nice professional quality film behind the counter. This guy does work for Ken Burns, the National Archives, a myriad of other professional photographers, film students, and enthusiasts/hobbyists. This is a place that prioritizes quality over everything, and if you're serious about your photos, stop by here sometime.

Steve was very knowledgeable and super friendly to talk to about film. I will say, the drive-thru/way to drop off film can be a little confusing (was deterred my first time I went because I didn't know what to do), and it is cash only fyi! Steve was also accommodating and was able to load my images onto a flash drive that I brought. Because Steve is the main person developing the film, it can take a while to get your images back. It took about 10 weeks for me to get one roll of film developed/processed, but it was definitely worth it. If you want your film processed faster, I would recommend going somewhere else. But if you are willing to wait and get some great images, I can vouch for Express Photo.

In the middle of a panic, late Saturday night, and into Sunday, I started to reach out to local shops, hoping that at the very least someone would reach out to me on Monday, since most, if not, all of them were closed on Sundays. Sure enough I eventually found MOSS Printing, and saw that Jose generously put his personal cell number up for people to reach out to him. So Sunday morning I sent him a message, and within 15 minutes he calls me directly after reading my message to talk over the details. Within five minutes of speaking over the phone, he said that it would be no problem to handle our last second print job for the wedding programs, and told me he'd be in first thing Monday morning to do it personally. After coming in Monday morning on April 17, I met Jose in person, gave him the file for the front and back of the program. as well as dimensions and total amount that I needed, and same day at 4 PM all 150 of the wedding programs were printed and ready to go for me to pick up. They looked great, felt great, and Jose was able to find a nearly identical type of paper to what we had already used for other aspects of the wedding. Throughout the entire process, Jose, exhibited great communication and was fun to chat with as well. I go to this location OFTEN for work. This is the closest location to my studio. So I can attest that they are CONSTANTLY messing up. I get it, they dont get paid well, its corporate. Okay cool if you mess up, fine i understand we are humans. This last time, I ordered all my paperworks for a work training & had to go out of town that night. I realized once I'm there I'm missing half of a document (40 pages total) after spending $100+ for people to always be messing up your order. My fault for not checking immediately but i had up to 300 pages worth of documents so yeah idk if theres 40 pages missing from a manual that I've never even seen myself. But must your employees make it so DIFFICULT for me to get what I need FROM THEIR MISTAKES? Im already wasting my time from them messing up but this manager told me i had to bring the physical copy even though thats not what she said on the phone. I honestly HATE it here. It only has one option and that's to start scanning completely over. On top of that, I was about to go over the pre authorized amount to my card and that stopped the job. Not a very efficient process or machine at all.
