The building is right off of 35N and you may have to do a loop-de-loop to access their driveway. The offices are very comfortable as are the conference rooms. Each conference room has a large screen TV, internet access, and bottled water. There is also a community kitchen. Our monthly board meeting was held here and Office Evolution provided a very comfortable business environment. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but there are plenty of spots by the adjacent building.

They have done nothing to help in anyway, I've tried to negotiate my way out with them and they haven't worked with me in anyway. With medical bills piling up and not being able to work, heritage suites still had no problem auto deducting money from my account. I've reached out on so many occasions to try and get some help but nothing, not one thing. Consistently told me they wouldn't help and there's nothing they would do, that the "company wasn't in a situation to be able to help". If you run into any issues with being at this location, be prepared to have similar results.

Watch out for the oppressive terms of service on the contract.  They are all about that money, and…read morethat's it.  Customer service?  Flexibility?  Nope.  They will NOT work with you when it is time to renegotiate terms ("We'll get back to you."  "The person you need to speak to isn't here.") so they trap you into automatically rolling over to another lease since they "ran the clock out on you" and you are on the hook for another full term.  Try to back out, and they will threaten to accelerate payments and terminate your service while still keeping you on the hook.  Shady to the extreme.  Proceed only with caution.

Coffee, cold brew, seltzer water and kombucha included in your membership. Very excited to go back to a space to work in temporarily until my offices open back up later this year. The desks are clean, lots of meeting space and phone booths are also very helpful to maintain privacy when needed. Parking is free at this north location and at the tour, no available single office spaces at the moment but you can get on a waitlist, but the all access pass is perfect for my convenience for when I need to get up and go. Membership will work at all WeWork locations and is extra nice to be fluid in where I want to work out of space wise on a day to day basis. Can't wait to scope out and sign up for an all access membership and try it out and get out of my house for a bit now that I'm fully vaccinated and ready to resume a sense of normal.

I was initially terrified of moving because I had a really bad experience with the first apartment that I moved to when I came to Texas. The customer service is excellent. Ashley and Nicole are responsive, sweet, kind, and welcoming. I have been some of the best examples I have ever seen as far as a property management staff is concerned. We toured several different apartment complexes and this constantly topped the list. The facilities are very clean and are constantly being cleaned by other staff members. The gym is really beautiful and has all the equipment one would need to bulk up or just focus on cardio if they want. The business center is so convenient because of the coffee and the printer. The hammock garden is one of my favorite places to lounge in when I have the time. We got a two bedroom apartment here and other than a few dings on the wall, it is incredibly spacious and beautiful. We have been so happy living here and it's been the first time in my life where I feel like I can kick off my shoes and enjoy myself. Maintenance has been so responsive as well. Anytime I've submitted a ticket, they have been there the same day. To be honest I'm rather disappointed I don't see more good reviews for this apartment complex. It seems that people are more ready to leave negative feedback than positive and I know so many other tenants have nice things to say about this apartment because I've spoken to them myself. If I'm not ready to buy a house by the time this lease ends, we will probably continue to stay here. That's how much we like it.

I was mad but didn't blew it out of proportion cuz you know we are all humans mistakes happen. so I grab my stuff and turned in the keys on April 30th hoping that would be the end of it but nope i get a bill for the May 1st- 9th i called and explain that im not paying that since THEY breached the contract when i was wrong fully evicted from my garage... since then all all i get is silence and repeated emails to pay the remaining balance. i was hoping this was settled the day i turned in the keys but no so I have no choice but lawyer up and take this to court

This was in the winter and I saw dirt in the pools but was told it was just from a winter storm. It continued to be dirty but I just took their word for it and waited for summer. I am disabled and need to use the pools for rehabilitation and I'm a swimmer. Summer eventually came yet the pool remained dirty, with weird white stuff growing in. The tiles around the pool were very dirty as well. There was always long hair in it too. Several times right before a holiday weekend they would shock the pool to make it look clean, not close it, and I and other swimmers suffered serious eye inflammation. And white cloudy water and disgusting conditions continued. Finally, I asked the Williamson County Health Dept to test the pool. It failed and they put the yellow tape up to prevent swimmers from using. As soon as the inspector left, they removed the tape. Then the harrassment started from maintenance to where I had to call police about it. In 25 years of renting this was the single most disreputable place I ever lived. Liars one and all and the property manager was so mad he got caught he started harrassment too. They have been reported to the State of Texas and I urge anyone with similiar issue to report them as management just protects itself in this owner run mafia. I put my first review up and they admitted they finally fixed the pool after I moved out. I have a copy of that. In the meantime they had Google take down the review. Stay away from these people they don't care about you or your kids health. Thank goodness there are many much better options in Georgetown now. Also, on move in my apartment was filled with rolly poly's as they didn't bother to have pest control treat it. Horrible people!

She is very professional, attentive to one's needs and very punctual! If she says she will do something- it gets done. I had applied and was in the process of signing a lease at another apartment when I toured Bexley and met Kensie. I was so impressed with both her professionalism and her timeliness on things (tour, application, approval, move-in) that I switched to Bexley and moved in. The staff in office is a complete reflection of Kensie, too! K. is amazing and has helped me with everything from a-z and all the other front office employees are great. I recommend this property based on how it is run, location, price to value, and amenities. The amenities at Bexley from gym, to computer room, to activity room, to hot tub and pool are top notch!

I can point to at least three apartments where people smoke marijuana in a non-smoking building. If you just want some peace and quiet during your few hours away from work, I'd recommend avoiding this place. I don't even mention the dog excrement people clean off their patios once a month.
