Had Jim come out and replace a row of wooden with vinyl with two large gates and a walk thru gate. Was done in a rush and has since began falling apart. I understand he is busy and usually alone when building but this has become unacceptable. Spent over $6000 with him for fencing and he has not honored his warranty. If you have him build a fence for you understand he does good work initially but with me he has not honored his guarantee and has "blocked" me. RC, Frankfort KY
