Anyway, they were low on a common product I needed. He couldn't process the charge on my crdt card. Had to call someone for assistance. Began acting rude and ignorant to me and polite, intelligent, friendly to the help on the phone, aka Hyde and Jeckyll. Switching back and forth was funny to observe, he started twitching around with a razor blade knife, also. Eventually, they manually took in my credit card like in the 1970's and said they have a new operating system w/bugs.

They also sell some more commercial cables at prices that are fractions of what other big box stores sell them at. If you need USB, HDMI, or networking cables, this place is your best bet. The prices are great, but the staff are the reason people come back over and over. I've used them for years to purchase every bit of cabling I need, and will continue to do so until they close the doors!

The person there immediately assumed it was beyond repair and referred me to a company where I would have to send my phone away in the mail. Not much help there. I walked into Pro Wireless and explained my issue. The person who was working there was professional and immediately suggested it could be a sensor that got damaged from water. We left the phone and he told us to come back in an hour, as well as the price of the replacement part (the sensor). We return in an hour and the phone works just as it did prior to the issue. Turns out it was the sensor and my phone is now working just fine! Affordable, professional and knowledgable. Saved me a lot of money!

I changed the reviews and called the store and was told that they did it and that I could take it down if I did not like it. That's deceitful and an invasion of privacy. They came out to fix their alarm system and then charged me $95 to do so after months of apparently no alarm coverage. The field rep that would come out was very lazy and was always in a hurry to leave and would always say that he didn't think his company could do something versus exploring the possibility when I asked him a question. The system they provide is not very up to date and not as technologically advanced as the system I replaced theirs with. Overall the company, their service and product was a joke and waste of money. DO NOT give them your business or money. Plus, they make you sign a 3 year contract which they trick you into signing by not even mentioning that it is a 3 year contract which is unheard of by other alarm companies.

Normally , if I order something before 5 pm , I get it the following day by 6. They use UPS, which is my preferred delivery service. But the best part of their service to me and my business is the free and expert advise helping me in selecting the proper chemical and sometime process. One more thing - a while ago I run into a very difficult job - spot cleaning a delicate silk fabric. Even thought they couldn't help me, they connected me with one of the top fine fabric cleaning expert in the country and he was able help me and recommending the materials and process to use. The results were beyond my and my customer's expectation.

I told the cashier this and asked if they could help, being careful not to touch the power button. She promptly grabs the phone from me, presses the power button a few times, then hands it back and says they "don't do that". So now my phone is dead, maybe forever.
