Previously I was signed up for the elite membership and would go about 4 times a month. This was sufficient for my weekly massage needs following my intense muscular workouts. The staff here is truly phenomenal and everything is immaculate. Most recently they added kombucha on tap. That to me was enough to have me visiting sometimes numerous times per week. Personally, I like to mix my kombuchas for a personalized flavor. My favorite was the Health Ade mixed with the synergy. Customer Service: 5.0 Stars. Welcoming & Positive Vibes: 5.0 Stars. I only booked because of a documented price, yet I was charged more after the service and on my birthday. Handling a price hike after the fact is unprofessional and poor form. As I told the front desk, I confirmed based on the agreed total, not a surprise increase. This is the best way to lose business; Serenity Zen just lost a long-time customer. WARNING: Quadruple-check the total cost beforehand so you aren't blindsided. What a shame.

Pricing per massage is really good, I like to get the 1 hr combo (30 minute upper body + 30 minute feet) and it is very relaxing and comfortable, I always fall asleep. They will occasionally check on you during the massage to check the pressure is right. At the end, they offer hot tea. There is plenty of parking and they have a lot of rooms / chairs for leg massage.

My two favorite therapists here are Kevin and May, and I can't say enough good things about them. They are both extremely knowledgeable when it comes to finding those problem areas and actually knowing how to work them out. I always leave feeling noticeably less tense and relieved from my aches and pains. I originally scheduled an appointment with Kevin today, but I was pleasantly surprised to have May work on me instead. I did the 1-hour combination massage, which includes a full-body massage, and it was exactly the TLC I needed. The quality of their massages is honestly comparable to the professionals I've experienced in China, and that is a HUGE compliment coming from me. They really know what they're doing, and I'm pretty particular about my massages now because of them. I definitely won't settle for anything less! If you're looking for a great massage, ask for Kevin or May. And after your massage, they serve the most delicious goji berry tea, which is such a nice finishing touch. I'll definitely continue being a returning customer. Highly recommend!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!…read more Tips: 1. Get pure bliss or you will feel the session is not long enough, if you are already paying $145 you might as well get the full package. 2. If you are not petite turn off the massage bed. I love the massage bed because it was designed for my frame. I left my arms out and legs on top of the foot massage because it will be less distractions and let you focus on the scalp treatment better. When you are in massage bed try to let go of the control and just trust it. 3. Book early or late appointment since there is no privacy in the open area. Expectation: Don't expect this service as a head massage. It's a deep clean of your scalp with premium hair productis. Your scalp feels clean and refresh afterwards. Improvement suggestion to the spa: Put up drapes for the washing area for each massage bed. If you like the open concept, drapes can open when there are no guests but at least we have option to close it if need be. Woke up with men around is kind of weird. Lastly, Gaby was amazing, she is so gentle and made my first head spa relaxing and worthwhile. had such a great time and will return for sure.

I chose hot stone as my elevation and it was absolutely the best thing. And big shoutout to Dina, she's amazing. I was really sore because I do exercise a lot, but the message reduced the muscle tension. And everything was perfect. My muscle was very relaxed Highly recommended, and I would love to go in more frequently. My only complaint is that the therapists seem to work on a tight schedule, meaning they only have exactly 1 hour with each customer. If you happen to arrive late then you will have a shorter session. And even if you do arrive on time, the therapists have to end a few minutes early to transition to the next customer. I really hope there can be a 10-15 minute delay between each appointment, so customers have truly have their 60 or 90 minute session. Also, for the therapists to take a short break.
