What really stood out was how easy they were to reach directly. They responded quickly and showed up the same day, even though they fit me into an incredibly packed schedule during a very difficult time--right after a major storm had caused widespread destruction and left entire communities dealing with electrical problems. Their willingness to make time for us meant a great deal. They kept me informed throughout the work, and their communication was exceptionally professional, clear, and responsive. They were also fair and reasonable with pricing--no gouging, no surprises, just quality work and honest service. It is hard to find electricians who combine technical skill, promptness, professionalism, and friendliness so well. If you need electrical work done and want people who are reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with, Electric Power Solutions is absolutely the company to call.

The communication from Jeff during this process was top notch. Thank you EPS.

I promptly received a call from the owner, who wasn't available at that moment, but connected me with a young man named Owen, who would follow up. I soon got a text from Owen saying he could come by if I gave him a heads-up. I did, and he arrived at my front door within 15 minutes. Owen got right to work and quickly identified the culprit -- a nasty lint clog built up in the drain -- and cleared it fast. The price was right in line with what I'd expect for that kind of job, no surprises. The whole process was fast, and both Owen and the owner were professional throughout. Best of all, my wife is finally off my back about the pile of laundry !

They also had no way of doing maintenance like flushing. We were in a bad place but Henry and his team put a huge effort into re-doing the project and correcting the previous issues. We're going to use ABC for our maintenance like flushing and any maintenance or repairs we need on the units in the future. We are also going to switch from Four Seasons to ABC for work on our regular gas heaters due to the level of service and price.
