We had Lansard out last fall originally just to quote to redo our siding and a small amount of soffit, fascia and eaves trough that had been damaged. We ended up getting them to re-side our entire house, new soffit, fascia and trough everywhere as well as getting all of our windows cladded. The before and after of our house is incredible! They made the process very easy and over the couple weeks that they were actually at our house working on everything we found the workers to be friendly and tidy. Lansard did a fabulous job on a new roof and Hardie Board Siding on my house in 2012. The price was excellent - I received the peace of mind from their full warranties and certifications, and yet they matched the price of the most reasonable quote I received (I had 6 firms quote from very small to very large). Their crew was respectful and professional, and cleanup was mostly good (they are men after all!). The only drawback was the time it took to complete, but that was weather related (REALLY HOT!!) and I cannot blame them for not working in the blazing sun in 35 degress Celcius weather.
