I have been working with Majestic Roofing and remodeling on my son's house for about a year now…read more The house had to be totally gutted down to the studs after a fire. Wes and Chris came in with a great idea of enlarging the usable space on the 2nd. floor. We worked together to keep the project on budget. Of course there were a few glitches with sub contractors but Wes was quick to take care of any problems. Rick and Chris have each contributed to the project from their expertise. These 3 make a great team and their varied skills complement each other. They were an absolute god send in my search for a contractor I could work with.

If you're looking for…read morerepair, new roof (any kind!), flat roofs issues, even construction this is an Incredible company to work with!!! The owner WES came out himself to spend time with us (2 hours!!), took us up and pointed out issues and helped us understand what causes roof issues. He worked with our budget and even exceeded our expectations both in price and workmanship! These guys are amazing! Whole new shingled roof (scotchguarded shingles for this crazy florida weather!) and a silicone flat roof topping guarantees for 50 (!) years!!! Wes even came out after to inspect it himself and ensure we were happy! The crew was fast, efficient and cleanup was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience (I mean a leaky roof is in itself terrible to start out with). We are set for the holidays with money still in our pockets! Thank you Wes and crew! We couldn't be more grateful #BeamsRoofing

We will be moving to Louisville in 15 days and Luke and Legacy Repairs have been remodeling our new…read morehome for the past three months. We found Luke's company on Yelp and were impressed with the positive reviews and the numerous examples of his superior customer service. Luke met us at the house in December of 2023 and we walked the property with a punchlist. He had the foresight to bring along his interior designer, Amy, who has proved to be amazing! He bid the project and reworked the scope in two weeks. The budget was approved and work began on February 14th. The project included carpet removal, new wood and tile flooring, rewiring of the entire 2800 sq foot basement, design-build basement kitchen-office and workout room, new master bathroom, three additional new bathrooms, new laundry room, addition of a pantry, etc. Needless to say the scope of this project would take most contractors over a year or longer to complete. Luke also managed lawn service, pool care, a mailbox replacement, furniture delivery, new garage door installation, foundation work and internet install. We spoke yesterday and he has scheduled the cleaning crew and a photographer. I will admit we are blown away and beyond impressed! 90 DAYS, ON TIME and ON BUDGET. Luke we appreciate your professionalism and dedication to this project.

We moved into our home about two years ago and were severely disappointed with the shoddy…read moreworkmanship of our brand-new house. Recently, we found Luke's Repairs and Remodeling to address the following issues: all interior and exterior doors were replaced and reframed, all pocket doors were replaced with new hardware which required removing and replacing the drywall. We also needed the entire house painted, a closest built around our mechanicals and additional shelving erected in the laundry area, as well as some electrical work. Luke came out, listened to everything we had to say and gave excellent input for the project. He gave us an estimate and stayed within the estimate for the entire job. Luke started on time, communicated throughout the entire timeline and ended on time. Luke, as well as his skilled carpenters, never minded being interrupted with questions and always took the time to communicate clearly. The project took approximately two weeks to complete. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Luke's warehouse to choose the items we needed for the repair and remodeling. Luke also did all the ordering, pick up and checked the materials that were delivered. We never had to bother with any items that were needed for our home. When I asked for his credentials, Luke did not hesitate to provide me a copy of his Kentucky contractor's license and his insurance. We noticed the way Luke was with the men he worked with. They had immense respect for each other. We are confident that the crew will stay with Luke. Finding a quality business to do home repair and remodeling is very difficult. Luke's Repair and Remodeling is a stellar company. My wife said, "Luke and his carpenters have made me fall in love with my home again". As for me, this was a $40,000 project and I could not be happier. We are looking forward to this summer when Luke will be back out to our home to remodel our master bathroom. Thanks Luke.

Specifically, we brought in Nailed It Contracting to replace and paint the kitchen ceiling (after we had taken down the nasty '80s-era drop ceiling that was concealing old water stains and crumbling plaster), repair and paint the walls (which were full of damage and several layers of wallpaper), demo old built-in cabinets and lay tile on the floor. He satisfied each of these tasks. Additionally, we were impressed that: * Sam provided a written quote estimate that laid out all of the costs, * He held to this quote when he had to change gears on part of the plan, after what he thought would work did not, * He was flexible when we added a few things to scope of work, providing a change order and updated price for us to sign so that everything is documented, * He showed up when he said he would and generally finished the job during the quoted time period. Overall, we were very impressed with his professionalism, honesty and quality of work. We'll definitely have him back to work on more of our house.
