This particular business owner does a horrible job at communicating or lacks the ability to appropriately communicate. I would love to rate this business higher and give praises however a bad taste has been left in my mouth thus far.

A big thanks to the Haven Learning Center in Snellville. Ms. Denise and her staff have done a great job with my little cousins Kaden and Kai, but now she's also doing a phenomenal job with my very own daughter! Earlier in the year my daughter tested on sight words and got 13/70 memorized. Today I'm proud to say that with the help of Ms. Denise and her team, she conquered 51/70 sight words. I look forward to watching Tenley's continued progression at the Haven. This is only the beginning of many more milestone to come.

True enough my son is my last child and definitely spoiled but everyday when I picked up my son it was always something!! He crying about this and that! I mean he's only 4 bday is in December so I mean you have to give a child time to adapt to the new surroundings! He was previously at his other school from 6 weeks until February 2023!! With them being new and just opened on 2/14/2023! I thought they could handle it but that was not the case! If your child is over 6 months and cry's don't bring them because they honestly can't handle that and I understand she wants the kids to be perfect because of the academy on the end but come on now!! Then showed me a video of my son crying without my consent and to me that was a red flag!! In the midst of a child crying you supposed to give them comfort not let them be in distress!! I say bring back the old school daycare teachers who understood the assignment!! I was always worried and concerned never at peace!! But they are very nice just not enough experience!
