Be very careful with the service paperwork issued by Lang Equipment LLC. I brought my 2025 Bad Boy 5045H tractor in for warranty repairs. They took physical possession of it on March 3 and I couldn't pick it up until June 2. That is 91 days out of service. When I looked at Repair Order #6527, they had fabricated the dates to read April 21 to April 24. Deleting nearly 3 months of actual shop time from an invoice is a direct violation of Wisconsin Administrative Code ATCP 132. It actively strips consumers of the extended warranty protection they are legally owed under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.I attempted to resolve this informally via email and was ignored. A formal 14-day demand letter has been issued. If they refuse to correct their business records to reflect the true 91 days they held my tractor, formal complaints will be advanced to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP), the BBB, and corporate compliance at both Bad Boy and TYM Tractors.Inspect your paperwork carefully when picking up equipment from this location. read more

Loved my experience here. They were helpful, fast, and my tractor works perfectly now!

I don't know if they are incompetent or con-artists or both, but you might want to take your business elsewhere. Lang sold me a $5500 Lane Shark to use with my 2021 Badboy 4035CH tractor. Before purchasing the Lane Shark, I asked if it was compatible with my tractor. They knew my tractor because they had recently serviced it. They assurred me the Lane Shark would work with it. Within the first few hours of using the Lane Shark, the motor on it failed and sprayed gallons of hydraulic fluid. The Lane Shark was not compatible with my tractor because the hydraulic return line on the tractor was pressurized. Lang then charged me for both the new Lane Shark motor and the non-pressurized return line install on the tractor. They claim it is my fault for instatalling the Lane Shark wrong. They said nothing about needing to install a third line on my tractor in order to use the product they wanted to sell me. Lang business model - give customers bad info to make big sales. When the bad info causes customers equipment to break, charge them to fix it. Lang doesn't even have enough confidence in their own service to allow reviews on their own website. P.S. Don't buy Bad Boy equipment. Its garbage. My 3 year old 4035CH has really low hours and constantly breaks. P.P.S. Don't buy Lane Shark. They refused to provide any help in dealing with the incompetent people who are selling their products. read more

I bought this 2024 LS MT242HCL Tractor from Lang Equipment in Hudson WI March 2024 and I now have 20 hours on it and it stopped running and starts back up and turns off in about 60 seconds every time I restart it. I drained the fuel filter 3 times to make sure there was no water in lines but continues to not stay running. I called ALL locations at Lang Equipment to try to get some help and/or a service call set up and they told told me they do not service the tractors , they only service there Polaris ATV's when I asked them specifically before I bought it from them. I wish I would have gone with my instinct and bought the Deere. I will be contacting LS directly to try to get it fixed. Lang Equipment has NO business selling tractors when they can not service them and they were all very rude when I trying to get help. They will soon be getting contacted by the Attorney General and the BBB. Kellen Kramer needs to working on assembly line where he can not talk to people, He is RUDE and is full of lies with no respect for customers time and money! read more
