My arm only got worse to the point I couldn't move it or even just sit without horrible pain. If I had 6 hours to go sit in a hospital I would have done that, and was about to be forced to do that until I found this place. Having a 7 month old plus being a stay at home mom, I need use of my arm! As my mother called so many doctors in the area everyone was like oh next week etc even as she explained the situation. I couldn't even hold my son anymore, I couldn't even lift a fork to feed myself or feed my baby! Anyway my mom was told about this dr by a friend, called and got me a same day appointment!!!! She called at least 10 other doctors in the area btw. With everyone oh next week we can get her in. I got right in here, and I can't even stress the relief I had after seeing the doctor. Cortisone shot yes! I had a huge calcium deposit in my elbow! Which was causing the extreme pain. Anyway hopefully I am good now, we shall see but still I will forever rave about this doctor for saving the day. I also got right in, maybe a 20 minute wait the first time? As my hubs filled out paperwork for me (I couldn't hold a pen) I think all doctors should have emergency appointments like this place did. Like I could just wait a week to be able to use my arm? Not only was I in pain but try explaining to a 7 month old why suddenly his mom can't hold him :( it was just the worst 2 days of my life. I only wish I found this doctor sooner! Such a nice doctor too. Whole experience was just amazing. Hopefully I won't need surgery but if I do, this doctor is amazing.

He told me his office would submit a MRI request to my insurance company right after. However I didn't receive any further update in weeks and I call the office tens of times and left voice mail. No one picked up the call during Monday and Friday and no one responded to my voice mail. When I finally found someone picked up my call after around 6 weeks, I was told that my MRI application hasn't even been completed and submitted to the insurance company. No reason, no action and no solution was provided to me. It's very unprofessional and i decided to report this office to the regulatory office. Above is the review I wrote right after I finally got someone in the office. at 11am today. Below are what happened later today. Dr. Siller called me himself and apologized to me. I felt better at the beginning and then what happened next shocked me further he told me that he can't have a review like that. He ask me to do him a favor to delete my review. He also said I can't say he isn't professional. He then repeatedly asked me that every time when I called the office earlier, if I left voice messages. I told him that I did left voice message but only once because I think there should be someone called me back as long as they hear my voice message. However Dr. Siller kept questioning me if I left voice message every time, so I asked him if the office will only respond to patient if they leave many many voice message. Meanwhile, I told Dr. Siller that my understanding of professionalism is simple- a doctor does what he is supposed to do. If the office doesn't submit MRI request after the visit for weeks with no reason, if there is nobody picking up called during office hours everyday, If a doctor respond to patients' voice message in days, can we call that doctor professional? I told Dr. Siller that as a patient, my only request is that the office submit my application to the insurance company. So I asked Dr. Siller l if he has submitted my application. Dr. Siller answered me that he hadn't submitted yet, but he will do it today, and he would like me to do a favor for him now. He also brought up something irrelevant and try to blame me. He questioned me that I rescheduled my appointment earlier, which I followed the formal process calling the office days before the appointment. Then he repeatedly told me he is asking me to give a favor... I felt like the purpose of his call was just to shift the blame and ask me the delete my review. Everything happening here are things I have never experienced in any clinics and doctors.

I was referred to Dr. Gaudin because of an extruded disk at L4-L5 that left me in unbearable pain and unable to walk unassisted. Despite my anxiety about surgery, Dr. Gaudin's genuine concern and overwhelming knowledge of his field gave me confidence. Dr. Gaudin has a good reputation for taking the time to sit down with his patients, ensuring we feel heard and supported. His dedication, both during and after office hours, kept me well-informed and prepared. His approach was conservative; he didn't "force" surgery, didn't make any false promises and he suggested physical therapy and/or pain management as options. I ended up having a minimally invasive OLIF procedure and, thankfully, today, I am walking normally and pain-free. I am forever grateful for Dr. Gaudin's next-level expertise and remarkable surgical skills. Highly recommended!

He has diagnosed very difficult medical conditions that I endured throughout the years and am healthy, vibrant, and strong because of his medical care. In January of 1991, at the age of 27, I was diagnosed with last stage lymphoma cancer. I had a cancer staging surgery and splenectomy that determined the cancer was stage 4B, mixed cellularity. It had advanced to my organs and both sides of my bone marrow. Oncologists gave me between a 10% to 20% chance of survival if I made it through all treatments with a life expectancy of up to five years. A few weeks prior to being diagnosed, I had given birth to my baby daughter. My son was almost two years old. It was a very frightening and difficult time. I have been in remission now for 30+ years. Dr. Jason has supported me along the way. The aftermath of cancer treatment created several medical issues that had to be addressed. I had scar tissue lysins, multiple kidney stones, a hyper-parathyroid gland, Chemobrain, and too many other issues to list. Dr. Jason was right there with me. Approximately 16 years ago, I started taking Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy through Dr. Jason. It is truly amazing!
