Dr. Kobren and the group here are part of NYU Langone Medical and they are well equipped to handle your PCP needs. They also do great with cardiac care. Their equipment is top notch and most of the testing you need for basic, non-emergency care can be handled right on the building. They share the floor with dentists Drs. Lawrence Kobren and Michael Greenbaum and the shared waiting area has been completely renovated and remodeled not too long ago. It is very attractive and clean and can accommodate plenty of patients. Our pediatrician reached out to their office, and they welcomed us right away as a walk-in. Dr. Freedman did a fantastic job with her wound, expertly placing 5 stitches even as my daughter squirmed and cried. But it gets better. Two weeks later, she fell again at daycare, reopening the same wound. I got the call as I was leaving work to pick her up. Scrambling for options, I called Dr. Freedman's office at 5:45pm on a weekday evening. His staff answered, and without hesitation told us to come right in. I didn't arrive until 6:35pm, yet we were welcomed warmly and brought straight to a patient room. Dr. Freedman and his nurse were both once again extremely kind and patient towards my daughter. They stitched her back up while doing their best to keep her calm and comfortable. They sent her home with three lollipops and smiles all around. I will be forever grateful for the warmth, respect, and genuine care their office showed my family. This is level of treatment is extremely hard to find these days. From the front desk to Dr. Freedman himself, everyone made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. My findings today, at 611 Northern Blvd, there is a huge park and lock/ parking lot and I believe they have a lot underneath I saw it when I drove past the aisle that I meant to turn into. I found out that they have two elevator entrances on both sides of the building. Going inside to the doctor's office, there's a glass entrance as you enter the suite you walk to check-in there's 5 windows numbered and marked with the doctor's name , a chart in the front to direct you to which window that coincides with each doctor. It seems well organized. A huge spacious waiting area is provided with a few high top seating, a double seater, and a lot of single chairs. The aesthetics are, as any doctor's office; you know, a bunch of medical docs (no pun intended, but it just happened) and brochures as well as advertisement. I had a pleasant visit from check in to check out. Dr. Danoff was jovial and I did appreciate that. It was great humor with eye contact. My visit was for joint issues. Dr. Danoff was every thorough with providing detailed information and I did feel comfortable seeing him. I've heard that he was a really good doctor, first impression... So far so good! Dr Rifkin saved the life of my baby and me when I very unexpectedly had a medical incident and had to deliver 12 weeks early. He, Dr Cohen and Jamie checked on me daily in the hospital for a week.
