I stopped in because of a billboard I saw about 10 miles south along I-196. It said 'diesel lanes', so I knew that I could get in and out with my big rig. They are about a block east of the expressway, just past the Pilot. I took the right turn lane and it was on my immediate left. Easy in, I parked just past the fuel pumps and off to one side. Since this is new, it is relatively spotless, both inside and out. I walked in from the back door and everything was bright, modern and up to date. It was so new, I'll bet some of the food and drink items didn't even have expiration dates yet (grin)! They have limited transient parking for big rigs, maybe 10 spots in all. No showers are available. Right next to K&R Trucks, a local truck and trailer sales and service company.

We called and emailed their support team prior to passing through Wakarusa at warrantysupport@tmcrv.com. We were contacted within 24 hours by Aaron Mondy from their customer service support team. Our problem was critical due to front wall separation. So they worked to squeezed us into their shop the day we were passing through the area on our trip. They let us plug into power when we arrived the night before. Then the next morning they quickly started work on our coach promptly at 7am. They not only fixed our wall separation issue but also helped button up a few other issues we were having and updated our system software as well. Every service tech was extremely helpful and friendly. They had excellent communication from start to finish! We were thoroughly impressed with their work and would highly recommend Thor Industries. We also had the opportunity to take a factory tour during our stay, which was a highlight of our trip! Thank you THOR!!
