If I could give this practice 0 stars, I would do it. The office manager is rude and insensitive and canceled a surgery appointment for my son, because we were 30 minutes late. They had closed a major highway due to a fatal accident. I called ahead and told them I would be late and they said they understood. When we arrived, she told me she canceled our appointment.
We had scheduled the appointment weeks in advance, and taken days off of work. She wasn't smart enough to spread the 30 minutes across the other 6 patients, but instead canceled us. I wept. She did not care about anything but getting outside to smoke her cigarette. She was cold and horribly rude. The office is old, the office manager is rude and she reeks of cigarette smoke. I would not ever recommend this practice to remove my dogs teeth. Stay away. read more
