When I asked a direct question about a fraudulent transfer, date of transfer, I was told I needed a court order. Talk about treating me as the criminal, showed no respect, treated poorly, they did not care in my opinion. As a veteran, I recommend you do not use this bank. I closed out all my accounts. Not worth the risk.

Outside of that, they also have a deal running right now for a few hours on certain days of the week if you show your college/university ID you can get one drink free! And lastly, they have another deal on Wednesdays where your drink is only five dollars so lots of ways to take advantage of savings as well as being able to get some work done and the barista as well as the staff working are always incredibly nice and always make sure to say hello. Only thing I would change is if the secluded rooms were able to be reserved instead of first come first serve, and if someone was not to show up for some reason that they could open it up to be reserved by someone else or if someone was already there, they could use it and if they could only be reserved for a certain amount of hours because sometimes I would go in and they would all be taken and many people would stay there for several hours, and I wouldn't have the opportunity to take advantage of using them unless I came very early in the day.

Chase is 'Bypassing' the law and 'De-Regulating' my health and peace of mind by ignoring the fact that there is no 'Direct Current' available in my 'Vault' for consumer debt. I am 'Monitoring' these violations and 'Authorizing' this public record to warn others that Chase does not respect the 'Sovereign Rights' of the disabled community or the federal statutes protecting Social Security income. They do have good music playing to hear why you wait in line. It's a mix between two and three stars in this review. I do believe Jonathan is great a helping people, he's just not supported by upper management the way they treat the staffing at this location in the environment for customers is lackluster. Location on 161 and Cleveland avenue is similar. But I've had more positive experiences at other branches I only stay with this bank because I used to work for them in the call center. They also changed their policy with safe deposit boxes so I'm thinking about leaving this bank.
