We hired Morrison & Sons Landscaping, LLC of 1946 Middlebrooke Dr. Canton, Georgia to correct…read morea drainage problem in our yard after removing some of the trees. Mr. Morrison proposed sodding and pinestrawing the area as well as cleaning out two existing swales to manage excess water flow. We asked that his crew also trim bushes and perform general yard clean up and maintenance. We agreed upon a set cost for the entire project. After admitting he underestimated and charging us for additional materials he stopped with the work only partially completed. He sodded about 34 of the area specified on his drawing. He left several areas of completely bare dirt, no sod or pinestraw. The crew was supposed to clean out our dry creek bed. They weed whacked it and walked away, leaving piles if detritus to block any future run off. You decide if you think this is a job well-done. Personally, I don't. When we approached him about the incomplete job his response was unpleasant and unprofessional. In fact it was blatantly rude. He referred to our concerns as "ridiculous". He refused to fulfill the contract as drawn for the agreed upon amount. While the owner of the business was difficult, the two men who did the actual labor were polite and hard working. I will never hire this company again. I would not recommend Morrison & Sons Landscaping, LLC.
