Last summer I was doing a remodel of my house and had 4 or 5 rolloffs from this company delivered to my house. Some in my name and some in my contractors name. The last one we had to call 5-6 times to have it removed but it was taken care of. On 7/6 I contacted the company for another one and it was delivered on Saturday 7/8. During the order process I was asked for directions, payment information, etc. Today I came home and the dumpster had been removed. I contacted the company and was told that once a dumpster had been out more than 14 days it was placed in the "to be picked up file". Due to the dumpster being at my house for 18 days it was picked up. I stated that it would have been nice if someone would have called because the dumpster was only 1/2 full and I was planning on finishing everything I needed this coming Saturday. I was told that they don't call but they normally tell people when they order them that they only have 14 days. I explained that I wasn't told about the 14 days and the company representative informed me that I probably was and if I needed another one to let me know. At that point I told him I did need another one but that I would probably go with another company because I wasn't going to pay for another dumpster to be delivered when the one I had was only 1/2 full. He then became very defensive and said if I would have done it within the 14 days like I was told it would not be an issue. I then stated that I have ordered 5-7 dumpsters over the last year and had never been told about a 14 day policy. I even stated that most of the dumpsters from last year had been at my house a minimum of a month. I started to say if I had known I only had 14 days do you not think I would have completed it when the company representative hung up on me. The actions of the employee today have made the company look very bad in my opinion but I will not give them a 1 based off of one employee. I would however strongly encourage management to discuss how to handle an issue that could have very easily been resolved with a phone call. I will also encourage my friends and business associates to think of using other options in the Calhoun area.

They only took 20 pieces of wood and told her that was a load and the trailer could hold any more, it's a double axle trailer. They came back and only took a little more and then demanded the full amount my sister was told if she didn't pay that they would call the sheriff on her.
