They've rebranded to Unified Electrical Solutions - same team, same amazing results. Since we've moved from the city to the suburbs, I wasn't sure if we would be too far, but he reassured me that we weren't. In fact, he made TWO trips out for one job - the first to remove the old lighting (and replace it with a temporary bulb) so that the painters could paint freely on the ceilings and walls, and then second to install the new lighting. It came out better than I dreamed! Pete, Spencer, and Mauro transformed our house. When I had questions about what the proper height would be to hang a chandelier, they gave me their expert advice on height and then patiently held the light while we tested out a couple different options to see what looked best. Some of the new light fixtures didn't come with light bulbs - so the guys generously made a couple trips to get what we needed. They truly went above and beyond! Unified Electrical Solutions' pricing is the same as what other electricians quoted us, but the service and final results are infinitely better. His communication is also superb - so easy to schedule by text, very quick response, and fast and honest billing. They also wore masks the whole time and respected social distancing. They're a dream to work with.

From the start what I really liked was, over the phone he walked me through basic troubleshooting (this was before he charged me anything) just to make sure it wasn't something simple that could be fixed without him coming out. After that he was true to his arrival times, called to confirm the day before and contacted me when he was on his way the day of repair. He correctly diagnosed the problem, set proper expectations about when parts would arrive and quickly installed the needed part once it arrived. He is upfront about his pricing and also lets you know that while he believes the problem is diagnosed it is possible something else could be an issue. In my case there was nothing further but no doubt this can happen. Plan to bring him back to install my new dishwasher. Thanks Mike!

Now it's been 3 days and still haven't heard a word. He doesn't keep his word and doesn't do quality work. Unrelated the reason I'm posting this review but at the time of the install we chose to go with two separate condensers which is more expensive. We came home to find out he'd decided to do one without telling us. Had to cut out part of my closet to do the vent through the second floor. My clothes were thrown all over my bed and most things ruined because of the dust. On top of that no one said a word to us about cost and we had to ask for them to lower the price based on other honest quotes we'd been given. I do not recommend.
