If I could give zero stars, I would. I wonder what their actual recovery rate is, because I'm sure it's zero percent. $20,000 out of pocket for nothing. There is supposed to be equestrian therapy - but there is nothing but dilapidated barns and overgrown fields. The "pool and hot tub" are completely disgusting and broken, likely beyond repair. The "ropes course," also dilapidated, crumbling, and unsafe to go near. Even their picnic tables and benches are decrepit, splintering, nails sticking out, can't even sit on them. For the government, insurance, and private money they are taking from people, this place is a sham. read more

Worst experience of my life. Checked my self in on Saturday for a short detox, from alcohol. They immediately took my phone. No covid test was administered. Or health screen. Sent me up to a room with 2 other woman, one was coughing so hard, it kept us up all night, staff coughing and sniffling. Long story short, the refused to let me call or talk to my loved ones. After 2 days I had enough of this horrible environment and demanded they release me Nothing but lies and lack of communication with the staff. I persisted to leave for 2 more days. Finally when they realized is had no intention of doing the 2 month program they walked me down to the end of their driveway and gave me my dead phone, and said good luck. Out in the middle of the country 2 lane roads, no cell phone, I couldn't even call 911. This 63 year old woman hitched hiked, for an hour, and Finally a nice man stopped and took me to the Waffle house to charge my phone, it was charged when I arrived there. Called an Uber, met up with my daughter and got home. I felt ill and feverish and tested positive for Covid. This is inhumane behavior and they should not be allowed to help anyone. 3000 a day billed to my insurance and I'm sicker now. Horrible place read more

I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend, who did a 35 day inpatient stay at Landmark Recovery center in Seymour, Tn. Upon discharge my boyfriend's -3.75 OU costa Rx sunglasses were "missing". A male employee assured us that another female employee (who was conveniently not at work that day) locked my boyfriend's Rx sunglasses "in an extra safe spot so they would not get stolen". This male employee also assured me that if the Rx sunglasses were not found, Landmark Recovery would be responsible for replacing these sunglasses. I reached out to the facility FOUR times before I even got an actual response from anyone. 2.5 months after discharge I finally receive an email from the executive director, Levi Sprague, stating that my boyfriend's Rx sunglasses were "never signed for or documented during intake" THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE. I watched the employee take every single card out of his wallet & take photos of each card. I WATCHED THIS EMPLOYEE TAKE A PHOTO OF THE COSTA RX SUNGLASSES ON HER IPAD UPON INTAKE!!! The executive director, Levi Sprague, refuses to correct the mistakes of his employee & replace this $300 pair of Rx sunglasses. This facility has received thousands of dollars for my boyfriend's 35 day stay & this is how they treat their patients after discharge. I was also told by an employee that my boyfriend was discharged on 1/19/23, when in fact he was actually discharged on 1/25/23. THERE IS CLEARLY A DOCUMENTATION ERROR AT THIS FACILITY. A DOCUMENTATION ERROR THAT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REFUSES TO CORRECT. These Rx costa sunglasses were checked in & then stolen while they were supposed to be "locked up in the safe".
