Clay was my PT, and I was impressed from the beginning. My first visit started with testing and an evaluation. From there I was given exercises for there and at home. I was supervised through all my exercises, and my progress was noticeable. I felt improvement in what I was working on throughout my time there. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. The staff was warm and supportive. While there I heard other PTs expressing care and compassion with their clients. Near the end of my time there, as I waited for my session to begin, another therapist greeted her client. The client said her doctor was pleased with her progress and physical therapy could be discontinued. She said to her therapist, that she was going to miss her time there. Knowing my PT was nearing an end, I felt the same way. I'm grateful for my time at Prompt and the care I received. If I need physical therapy again, I want it to be at Prompt.

When I first came in, I was getting regular arm cramps and my left arm was extremely weak, only being able to grip 15 pounds. Today, after several months of therapy, I was able to grip 45 pounds!!! Nicole, my physical therapist, was extremely impressed!! She had put in her notes that she was expecting me to only grip to 30 pounds but that I greatly exceeded her expectations!!! Kari, the receptionist, has been very kind from the beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable. If I needed to reschedule, she was accommodating and if I was going to be delayed due to me running late, she was also very kind. Samantha (Sam), the physical therapist assistant, also was very helpful. She got me set up for exercises, and she would even entertain my twins sometimes. The other therapists are also very kind. After casually discussing my constant and worsening back pain, he invited me to come see him for x-rays and a consultation. What did I have to lose? So I scheduled an appointment. As a nutrition major, I was relieved to see that they focus on the whole person and not just popping and cracking to reduce your symptoms. During my consultation, he was very thorough with his questions and exam. It doesn't hurt that he's extremely personable and does a great job of making sure you are comfortable.
