That said, we had a very good experience with Bill and the team. Both we and my elderly in-laws came in for estate plans. A personalized welcome sign greeted us in the lobby. The entire staff took covid precautions very seriously. It's clear that Bill and crew have done this many, many times, as Bill's spiels are clearly practiced and answer so many first-timer questions up front.
