As a CDPHP Medicare Advantage policy holder, I was so shocked to learn, we will no longer be able to avail ourselves of the medical care you provide in home. I wanted to say THANK YOU to all those who gave us quality care anytime I called. The lifeline was there day, night, weekends anytime we couldn't see our Physician. You saved us from costly trips, and lengthy wait times in the ER or to OnCall. You provided care to my husband when he had neck survey. We so appreciate your dedication that went above and beyond. The follow-up phone calls to see how we were doing. When I received my letter saying we would not be able to use your services. I felt like a kick in the gut. No explanation as to why? Guess there's no way of getting you back? Ahh had to ask. To all the staff, and there were so many to name, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done for my husband and me.
