The location is perfectly situated because it's close to the tube stops and you can take the Uber Boat anywhere in minutes. My flat came with a washer/dryer combo (which took some getting used to) and the full kitchen setup was nice. There was plenty of closet space, storage space, and the beautiful balcony views were my fav. Housekeeping came by once a week and they were just okay. I still felt the need to have my own cleaning supplies for when things were missed but they were always friendly and respectful. I felt very safe living here, walking around the area and the one time I noticed a domestic disturbance in front of the hotel, the staff checked it out immediately. I'd highly recommend staying here whether on the hotel side or corporate housing side.

The underground is beneath this apartment so every 5 minutes or so there's a rumbling of the whole place. 3. Windows must remain open because of the heat but unless you love to pub crawl until the wee hours you may be kept awake by the people with pints on the streets below. 4. Housekeeping: stained sheets and moldy showers are an eye sore. The people were nice and the space is large. We are a party of 4. It was spacious enough for us.

I asked how he chose this area versus say the London Eye area. He moved in back in spring of 2021. He said he looked around and this was newly developed. The apt building he moved into was beginning to lease units. It's a bit of a hike but not too bad in my book. I'm the ultimate city dweller who appreciates the public transportation life. Canary Wharf is FiDi.2 while City of London is the FiDi of London. Recently adopting a nomadic life, Canary Wharf reminds me most of Chicago.

The place was at full capacity but we never saw more than one guest coming or leaving the building. However, the lift wad 2 out of order and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. There's a Tesco next door making it very convenient to buy cheap groceries, wine and water. A coffee shop (closes at 8pm) with delicious mocha) a few steps away. You can also rent bikes nearby, 2 minutes away from here. Close to Canary Wharf, O2 and Tower Bridge, Tower London. Friendly neighborhood, looks sketchy, but very safe to walk at night.
