They have a nice outdoor area with a handful of tables overlooking the Loisach. The menu is typical Bavarian and they have some burgers thrown in for good measure. It's the latest trend in many places across Munich, adding burgers to a traditional menu. That alone made me think twice about eating here but we decided to stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming but slow to take orders, specially when you are thirsty from a long walk ;-)) I had the Almschnitzel for main which came with fried potatoes. The Schnitzel was filled with cheese, speck and onions. It tasted ok and lacked the flavour I would expect in a schnitzel normally. The fried potatoes were also lacking a bit of flavour. I had the Paulaner Kellerbier a new introduction from this brewery and that was really nice :-) All in all an ok experience. I would prefer to walk to other places if we came into town again. It's an ok experience for a reasonable price.

Außen waren die Plätze vollkommen ungemütlich, billige Möbel. Wir kamen Sonntag um 19:15 an und es spielte gerade live Musik. Schön, dachten wir. Nach einem Lied war aber bereits Schluss. Wir entschlossen uns drin zu sitzen aufgrund der vielen Raucher und wie erwähnt unbequemen Billig-Klappstühle. Es dauerte etwas, bis wir Getränke bestellen konnten und diese bekamen. ( Es war nicht voll) Wir bestellten unterschiedliche Dinge, von vegetarisch über Schweinefilet bis Fisch. Alle Portionen waren sehr klein, nicht nur die Männer waren hinterher nicht satt. Geschmacklich kann man noch vieles verbessern . Qualität... leider hatte einer von uns nach den Nürnbergern Bauchkrämpfe. Absolut inakzeptabel! Das war das erste und letzte Mal !

Mr & I asked if they would be able to take the dumpling, potato & egg dish and pair it with a mushroom cream sauce from another dish on their menu & they happily said no problem. It was incredible! The dumpling pieces were chewy on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside & soaked up the mushroom sauce very well. Paired with the Dunkles beer which was dark, smooth & nutty! Rest of the family got steaks, pork chops and other meaty dishes & all plates were licked clean. Comfortable atmosphere and delicious food!!
