We had the Rindercarpaccio to start, followed by the seasonal Pappardelle pasta with Pfifferlinge, tomatoes and Speck. It was one of the best dishes I've had in awhile! Adria appears to be that sort of place. Don't get me wrong. Our salad and pizza were very good. Our liter of Chianti was much appreciated. But the energy of this place drove our evening. We're here in Bayreuth for a week and will undoubtedly return. Highly recommend.
