Not sure what's going on with them had work done there before and was a bit slow but nothing like this time first of all was scheduled to take truck in to them in December and called and put it off for a month. Took in first week of January was told February 7th should be done in a week or so then told February 16 was going to be a few more weeks now it's march 8 th and they say body work is not near done and has no clue when it will be ready. read more

First , I called many times with questions and spoke with Michelle S. what a terrific gem to have be your first point of contact each and every time time I called Michelle was as, or more pleasant than the last , amazing she took time to find out the answer to my question if she didn't know. I met Jeremy (Shop Foreman) and was greeted with same kind of attitude, care,pride and a customer service first attitude for what goes on here. I go to pick up my car and it was detailed as well.
