The service writer can't answer any of the customers questions cause they are are corporate reasons. But he knew what to do and the reason but for corporate reasons he's not going to say. They didn't treat me like I wanted cause I asked too many questions. Then he said that he was done talking to me and told someone else that me the customer was asking questions and he didn't want to answer. It's really hard to find an honest body shop these days cause the big corporations get things done but the wrong way. So if you like your vehicle and work honestly for a living do not take your vehicle here. Thanks
