About two months ago, I received an unexpected visit from Child Protective Services (CPS) who…read morewanted to see my 2-year-old daughter. After a brief house call during which the caseworker observed our interaction, she assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that I was a good father. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a series of false allegations made by my daughter's mother. A month later, CPS contacted me to inform me they were requesting no visitation, without providing an explanation. I was told to speak with the CPS caseworker. When I finally did, I discovered that my daughter's mother had lied about the timeline of events regarding our daughter's custody. I was also shown a photo of a bruise that I had never seen in person. Two weeks later, the CPS case was closed as unfounded. However, a week after that, my daughter's mother accused me of sexually assaulting our daughter and used photos of diaper rash to obtain an immediate restraining order against me. She also attempted to modify the parenting plan to prevent me, my two other daughters, and my family from seeing my 2-year-old daughter. Following a recommendation, I approached Roxana Manesh for assistance. Roxana immediately recognized the case as being based on false allegations. She was straightforward, explaining that it could be a challenging case due to the nature of the allegations and CPS's involvement. Roxana is exceptionally skilled, with a background in both criminal and family law. She expertly filtered through the extensive evidence I provided to highlight the inaccuracies in the allegations. She delivered an excellent defense in front of a judge known for siding with the accuser. As a result, the restraining order was immediately lifted, and the modification request was denied. For anyone facing similar allegations, especially involving CPS, I highly recommend contacting the Vern McCray Law Firm and asking to speak with Roxana Manesh.

His patience and expertise have been so very appreciated. Mr. Ball has always kept us up-to-date with the letters and responses received or needed. He organized and filed hundreds (if not a few thousand by now) of pages of documents, and set important calendar dates and reminders well in advance. All of his communications and follow-ups were precise, on time, efficient and always reinforced our confidence that the case has been handled by a reliable, dependable and trustworthy attorney. He has been there to answer all of our questions and to explain the legal process with patience and kindness. He is very knowledgeable. He has worked hard for us - and seeing him in action during court appearances has confirmed that we selected just the right person to represent my family member. Not all cases end the way we would hope. Legal battles can cause pain and heartache exposing personal and private matters that are better left behind closed doors. Life gets messy. It's easy to place the blame on someone else because life is unfair and the judge may not rule in your favor. Will Ball has helped us through with not just legal documents but with the hard personal stuff too. The other party in the case has been unresponsive and even combative at times, which has extended the case and cost more money. I am grateful for Mr. Ball for looking at things from new angles, and working with several opposing attorneys, court clerks and the judge to help move this case through the court, all the while being incredibly sensitive to the stress and toll that this case has taken on our family. He has made a difficult and lengthy process much easier to get through. I highly recommend William Ball at Beaty Hatch as an excellent, reliable, dependable and kind person and attorney.
