Went in to get a special order recently and the employee told me I had to go in the back room and get it myself. Went in another time and asked where something was that I couldn't find, and the employee behind the counter on her phone just took my phone and looked at what I was looking for and acted like she was doing me a favor by telling me what aisle it is. Then when you check out the rude employee doesn't even say a word to you, and immediately leans back up against the counter so she can play on her phone.

Not sure what your problem is, but I seriously doubt you'd still be in business if the less-than-a-thousand people who live in Dubois, WY were your only customers. Being from Texas and all, I will never understand why people like this act this way towards non-locals. The vast majority of the time anywhere in Texas, people - especially those running a business - act friendly and welcoming to everyone. Aside from the license, I intended to spend a couple of hundred or more on fishing gear and related equipment, but you were so vulgar towards me that I thought I should just leave as soon as I received my fishing license. I went to Jackson Hole and spent that money - the folks there were helpful, polite, and happy to take my cash for the same gear I could have likely purchased from you, had you just been the least bit friendly or welcoming instead of nasty.
