The owner or manager not sure was there and talked to me about the chute after I recognized him from their YouTube video. He was nice and informative. No employees were directing the line as to allow cars out of the lot. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely come back.

My sister and brother both have walking issues so the staff was kind enough to assist them down to the river. When we got to the river, there was some issues getting into the water and they accommodated AND assisted with getting them in a tube. Now let me add, it was a slow day so I can't say I'd expect this during peak times but the fact that they noticed and did this without us having to ask made a huge impression for us. We got picked up and driven back and once again, top customer service as I e planned that I had some slow walkers in my group. A free locker was provided so we didn't have to take valuables - such as KEYS - down the river to get lost. They did ask to hold an ID from one person in the group, but most outlets do this. We definitely will be back!!

For a moment, it took me back to feeling like we were on a school field trip. We definitely see ourselves coming back but at least bringing our own floats for our coolers to cut down on the expense. They do have a decent size portable bathroom, which was nice. My only complaint is that they should keep the water on inside them a little longer. We got back to the beginning around 4:30 and went to use the bathroom before heading out, but the water was already turned off. The float itself was actually painful. There are SO many rocks that you constantly hit and scrape your rear end against, and it gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. I'm not sure if I'll be back to this location just because this particular section was so rocky. Overall, it was fun, but definitely bring some extra money and be prepared for a rocky ride!

As this was our first time with this company we didn't understand that the tubes in the back of the carrier were for us, nor did we know we were the only people going in the bus. The driver was a bit snarky when we were asking questions about where our tubes were and there was an unfortunate exchange of rudeness between us. Additionally, we wanted to do the two hour run, but since the water is high and swift it only took us an hour and 20 minutes, which was a disappointment. I would have done the four hour run instead (which might have also been shorter) had I known it was going to be such a short experience. The bus was really comfortable, although the ride was short. They offer tubes that are bottomless or with bottoms. I heard the water was shallow, I chose the one with bottom. I certainly don't want my bottom kissing the bottom of the river. I went to tubing with a group of my bear friends from Houston. We had a blast in the Comal River. But I had a different experience than them. My friend and I got off the river earlier than my group. We were picked up from the last public exit and brought to the shop to wait on the bus. The driver kept updating me on the status. We heard the bus broke down at one point. Okay. No problem. The New Braunfels sun was shining at us for about an hour. Finally, a windowless van picked us up and dropped off at the hotel. Even with minor glitch, I would come back to get my tube at Corner Tubes.

According to Curt C, this page is based on the first chute at Prince Solms Park. I went through 3 chutes during the entire tubing experience. The first chute is still on the park ground. That was really fun, if you are a swimmer. I have seen people tumbling down into the river at the end. I watched few TikTok videos the day before going tubing. I know not to tie with other tubers. Because it will automatically tumble down and flip the tubes with whomever is on it. Since this was my first tubing experience, I didn't document the location of each chute. The first and second ones were approximately 5 minutes apart. The 3rd chute was so minor, there wasn't anything spectacular about it. After seeing a bridge, the final public exit was ahead. I paddled hard because my friend got motion sickness, we had to end the trip as quickly as possible. The whole excursion lasted less than 2 hours. Bring your own tube and shuttle costs $15. Lockers are $5 for small and $10 for large and you have to wait for the staff so make sure you put everything in or take everything out in one go, ideally. Takes a while to buy individual tubes with the waiver so I'd buy your whole group at once if possible. There are small restrooms that are expectedly dirty for people floating the river. Most of the tubes were fine, somewhat dirty but got the floating job done. Lastly, this is unrelated to Lions Club, but it's about 25% of the people that actually follow the can ban and 75% probably aren't while we were there. Honestly ridiculous - just go buy a 64oz Igloo at Academy, it's $15. The tube rental is literally more expensive. We came with two Igloos a pop (one for water) and an extra tube for coolers. It's ridiculous that they have people kayaking picking up litter. Do better, folks.
