I asked to have a small plaque made for a memorial flag case. Sadly, they screwed the date up twice! Each time they made a different mistake and it was not my fault. They had written down the information and it was clear on the order form. ( He was wonderful to work with)Rob called when it was ready and said the the would bring it out to my car so the tin would have to pay for parking, very kind of him to offer after the third time I had to come in to have plaque remade due to their errors. I called when I arrived and the rudest person answered the phone and was so nasty. " I am here alone, I won't bring it out to your car. Rob isn't here!". i was hung up on. I came in and picked up the plaque. IT WAS WRONG AGAIN. I just left. i will never use this place again nor recommend this establishment to anyone. such a shame that one can't get a simple plaque made and be treated kindly. It's just extremely disheartening to pay for a product that is wrong and then be treated as if I am the one who did something wrong when I pointed out the mistake each time. After the final time. I didn't even bother. I was like, what is even the point? It was like you don't even care. read more

I merely asked for a quote for three lines of type on stainless steel dog tags. I had 50 that needed done. I was told normally the three lines would cost $25, but because of the quantity they would offer me a discount of $15 a piece. I said that was a bit too expensive, but thank you for their time. The response I got from the owner Deb was: "Not too expensive, just more than you want to pay. That's two different things. Thank you." Rude. Will never get my business. And that IS too expensive Deb, sorry. read more

Outstanding service and speed. I felt bad going in asking if they could get the job done in one day, but they assured me on this particular day, it could be done. They were quick to provide me with a proof, and an invoice. Their work was professional too. I would highly recommend their services and can't wait to do another project with them. read more

I've never been here and needed a last minute thing for Christmas. Went in on the Friday before Christmas, looking for a very small engraved piece. But was told in person that they might not be able to get it done in time. I said that will be fine I would make do. I ordered what I needed, went to run a few more errands. By the time I got home I got a phone call that it was done. Fast, friendly service! I'll definitely be back if I ever need anything else and recommend if anyone ever asks read more

I was extremely displeased with my first contact with Deb. She was very short in her communication with me and was rude in answering my question. After seeing some of their products and reading more of their reviews, I now know that I will never be taking my business to her. read more

Please do not give your business to this shop. Deb, the owner, is as unprofessional as they come. We used to use them and every order was wrong - wrong font, wrong spelling, wrong nameplate size - it was always something. She never apologized, just made lame excuses for why something was wrong. She also shipped our orders to the wrong business address several times, sent the wrong invoices and demanded I pay on invoices many months later but couldn't tell me what they were for (I did not owe her anything). When I refused, she was rude and implied that I should know what the random invoice number was for but that she doesn't "keep records". Just steer clear of this business. read more

The owner Deborah is extremely unprofessional. She does not understand customer service and I would spend your money else where. Good luck dealing with this difficult business owner read more

Management is not customer service oriented. Phone call inquiry was rude and unappreciative of my business. Not sure why they are in the business if they are so unhappy. :( read more

Commissioned a short engraving. Needed done in two weeks and told no problem. Was contacted the day before the deadline and asked to clarify quotation--clearly work had not yet started. Picked up engraving on the deadline and the quotation was far smaller than anticipated and badly spaced. Was told that work had only be done that morning. Was given 25% discount, but needed to have work redone elsewhere. Would not recommend. read more

Worst customer service ever. The owner Deborah is the least compatible owner I have ever dealt with. To start, I was promised a next day pick up but it was not ready until 4 days after. Then when I picked up the trophy that I got engraved, I brought it home and realized it was broken. When I brought it back, she continuously told me it was my fault, and that her business "does not return product or supply poor service like that, we are known for doing great business". This is contrary to all of the reviews of her business online. The only reason anyone would ever go here by choice would be due to its proximity. I can assure I will not be coming back ever again. Deborah, take your reviews as learning points or your business will continue to suffer. read more

I took a silver photo album into the shop to have it engraved for a bridal shower gift. The album had been given and seen by all of the guess at the shower. It was perfect, just not engraved. I was told the engraving would cost $17-$22, and would be ready in one week. I called on the day I was to pick it up and it was not ready. No problem. I was told it would be a few more days. I called again on the second day it was promised and it still wasn't ready. The next day my husband picked it up and the album was bent! I called and was told by the engraver (also the owner) that when he took it out of the box it was bent. The box did not cover the entire front of the album, and the bend was completely visible while the album was still in the box. The man who took the album when I brought it in, looked at it and never mentioned it was damaged (BECAUSE IT WAS NOT!!!!!). They keep saying it bent when we took it out of the box. It was not a really expensive album and I did not think the engraving cost was too much, but why should I pay you for damaging my item??? If they miss up they don't own up. They suck. Will never go there again. read more
