SO MUCH FUN! If you…read moreenjoy pinball, if, like me, you once wasted hours during college playing these games instead of studying, or if, like my wife, you were once addicted to Galaga or Ms. Pac-Man, then you're in for a treat. I've walked past this place many times, always thinking, someday I need to stop in. I wish I'd done it sooner. I'll start by saying this is a clean, family-friendly venue (at least until 9 pm when you must be at least age 21). There were children of all ages there when we visited, from families with youngsters, to dating teens, to ... somewhat older children such as us. Dozens of pinball and video games, some newer, many classics. Beer and cocktails are served, and there's a good menu of burgers, wings, pizzas and sides to refuel why you play. Check out the website, there are time periods for unlimited play to hone your flipper skills. Highly recommended!

Player 1 Up is a solid little gaming bar in Rock Hill, but your experience will completely depend…read moreon when you go. Once 6 PM hits, most people stop playing the games as karaoke takes over, which is actually a highlight thanks to a fantastic karaoke DJ, and the crowd shifts toward a 25+ vibe as the night goes on. The bartenders are top-tier and have never steered me wrong, plus the bathrooms are surprisingly clean for a busy bar. While the inside gets stuffy fast, the outdoor seating is a great spot to hang out in the summer..just be aware that around 1:00 or 1:30 AM, it's best not to stick around outside due to the much older, seemingly homeless folks lingering around and harassing people in a violent way..

The ideal fall outing! We went on a warm Saturday afternoon in late September, and were pleased to…read moresee that it wasn't crowded at all. Lots of parking, no lines for food, and plenty of room to roam in the pumpkin patch. We grabbed a wagon and some clippers and found a pumpkin to cut off the vine. There are plenty of pre-cut pumpkins too if you'd rather just pick one that way (and take some cute pics). The wood-fired pizza was SO good and fairly priced. We really enjoyed the salsiccia pie, but all of them sounded delicious. And had to get a half dozen cider donuts for the road, obviously. I'm looking forward to returning when our kids are a bit older to try more of the family-friendly activities!

I absolutely love this set up even more than the last location! There is so much for kids to do here and lots for adults too. We picked our pumpkins for the season and considering the amount of people here, there were still many great looking pumpkins. The lines were too long for the donuts/food so I didn't get to try any but I am hoping to eventually try the cider donut in the future! Definitely bring your friends and family here to check out the Hall Family Farm. Side note- I know the Halls from many years ago and they are a wonderful family! If you see them around be sure to meet them!!!

Why Not An American Ark Review Aug 2026…read more Yes, we'll definitely be going back! A special shout-out to Primo and Jayla, who were working the horseback rides. They were both very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Of course, having two wonderfully behaved horses, Avalanche and Q, certainly makes their job a little easier--but they did a great job impressing the crowd! We had a great time and would definitely recommend visiting. One important tip: don't forget to bring a water bottle! It can get really hot out there, so staying hydrated is a must.

The parking was ample, the property was stunning, it's absolutely not like a zoo in the best way possible, all of these animals are incredibly happy-looking and thriving! We really were impressed by the "enjoy at your own pace vibe of the place",it's nothing fancy at all...it's a simple farm with beautiful scenery, no frills or fancy anything, which again, I think makes these animals feel safe and happy and like they're at home, not just entertainment for people to pay and come see. There are lots of dogs on the farm, they're all friendly and so social! There's everything from camels to zebras, llamas, sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, horses, ponies, turkeys, pigeons, peacocks, etc!!! I mean the list really goes on. There's even cows and pigs, too!!! Honestly, this place was just beautiful and we can't wait to come back!! Our kids had a blast, it's cheaper to use cash here instead of card, there's no food, so pack snacks and a picnic and plenty of water. There is a pretty clean porta potty near the check in desk where you get a map and buy tickets, and then a sink outside of it as well, picnic tables, a playground, etc.

A lil context, I was looking for something to do solo and came across a "pick your own flowers" farm. But I found more than flowers. They had fields of berries, greens, honey from their hives and a selection of beautiful wildflowers. When I arrived there was a good number of moms with kids roaming the fields while pushing strollers and wagons. When I checked in they supplied me with a bucket for berries and told me which fields were open for picking. The flowers are per stem or fill a cup for $20. I filled my bucket which took about 30 minutes roaming 2 fields. The cost was a lot more than I would spend at the grocery store but now often do you get to make homemade strawberry preserves with berries you picked yourself?
