From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Andersen and CRNP Molly Casey, everyone has been very pleasant. I recently went for my first cosmetic appointment, and was very impressed with how thorough and communicative everyone was. If you don't need Botox or Coolsculpting, don't go here. They removed a Cancerous lesion from my neck for testing and it took them one day short of a month to get the test result back. I am accustomed to getting these results in 48 hours, not a month. In between I would call to be told it wasn't in, but by week 3, they told my family Dr. it was there but waiting for the Dr. to sign off on it and told me the same day it wasn't in yet. Then it came in, they called me and I asked that they fax a copy to my family Dr, she said she would. SURPRISE 2 weeks later my family Dr. finally got it when this office was supposedly closed for Corona. Ask yourself, would you want to wait a month for a Cancer Diagnosis? read more

I've bee going here for years, this year I've seen a dramatic change in the quality of my care. I tried setting up an appointment and they won't return my calls. It's been two weeks now. The last time I was there I asked for help with my scalp that is very dry and covered in acne. He gave me a cream and told me to let him know how it works. After a month with no success I called to let him know that it wasn't working. All I got was an "ok" from his staff. No return appointment, nothing. The decline in service is noticeable, so I'm going elsewhere. No one wants to live with acne, if you don't want to help or return my phone calls I'll go somewhere else. read more

Great place, but getting an appointment is almost as scary as that rash you want to have checked out!

This firm is only concerned about volume. Routinely you see an assistant. In and out! The most disturbing element is the lack of professionalism exhibited by Dr. Anderson. He must have missed the class on courtesy in Med school. read more

This rating as been a long time coming.... I went here 2 years ago, spent a ridiculous amount of money to sit around and wait for a doctor just to have them come in to the room for 3 minutes and leave without answering any of my questions. I was soo annoyed but let it be. Well now, today I called to ask about pricing for a consultation and the lady I spoke to was very short and rude. That did it for me, I would never go back to this place. The employees are rude and could care less to help their patience. WOUlD NOT RECOMMEND! read more

This is a "get em' in, get em' out" kind of place. The elderly were waiting, and multiplying in the common room like displaced cattle, which I was one of. After filling out my info on a portalable digital tablet, I eventually went into a doctors' room, which was about 6x6 feet. No joke. I came to the understanding, numerous clients were being handled simultaneously. The nurses were super nice , and answered any questions asked. The ladies here should be celebrated. They actually had more of a presence, than the doctor himself. The doctor, ..I question if he was even human..an android maybe, devoid of feeling and human emotion..even his VERY light handshake said, "I'm far away" ..quick diagnosis, little room for questions or concerns, Bye, get out. I asked him if my chronic psoriasis (I'm only 40) could be a product of some other underlining health concern(which I suspect). His response was literally "we don't fish for it". I almost had to laugh.. I'm looking forward to finding a new Dermatologist in Lancaster, wish me luck. read more

I recently had my first appointment at the Lancaster Skin Center and found Dr. Andersen and his entire staff to be personable, knowledgeable, professional, and patient with all my questions. This was my first full body exam by a dermatologist and I had some anxiety about the procedure. I was quickly put at ease by everyone including the reception staff and Dr. Anderson's assistant.
