They currently have an "F" rating and many complaints about pressure sales, false statements about products and misleading deceptive financing. This business manipulates you by being nice to get customers inside and use aggressive sales techniques. Be aware if they tell you any product is permanent. The eye cream and other products smooth the skin temporarily only. Be aware that spas like this work with Stemtox in a third party deceptive technique to try to refuse returns and refunds. Please don't agree to a free facial. After going in the room is when they are very aggressive about sales of much more expensive items costing thousands of dollars. And any financing is very deceptive with many women getting charged much more than they agreed to pay. Even after returning items this business will refuse to give any refund.
