New location, same awesome service…read more We've been using copydotcom for years and they have always been great. Now that they're in a new location, it's good to see that the service is just as good as always Service: They have always been able to handle our variety of print needs and are as accommodating as possible when we have a rush job This time I was picking up some signs but had never printed something like that before. They gave me options and advised me with what they thought was best (all via email - yay no phone calls). They're very knowledgeable and helpful! Cost: The cost seems fair and reasonable to me. There are probably some big brand stores that might be a little cheaper but not enough for me to make the switch Location: The new location feels huge and spacious which is always a plus Personally I don't love their parking lot here but that's just because I'm bad at parking

I purchased an adaptor to mount my monitor on a new computer stand from a company at this address,…read more1900 Yorktown St., Apt. 132, Houston TX. The adaptor did not fit properly. I emailed the company several times about making a return and getting a refund. None of my inquiries were even answered. My problem was not addressed. I finally returned the product, via UPS. I have verification it was delivered. STILL no response or refund for an inferior product (the material was too thick). Now I'm out product costs AND shipping costs! My invoice says "3D Printed Things" but the address of 1900 Yorktown St. Houston is correct. Did they simply change the name? BEWARE! "3D Printed Things" at this address is not a reputable company!
