They told him I never approved a design and never sent the payment when I never even received a final design and I never even received a price. I got no response. I finally blew up the cell phone number on the email, and the rudest guy tells me $25 for the sign then today $350. Not listening to what I need even though I've communicated several times through phone text and email. Then they said ok can you pay now...I haven't even received a design. Just seems like a bunch of lazy people trying to buy more time and not actually get the job done. They spend more time pointing fingers than solving a customers problem. I told the guy I will leave a bad review and he said that he would sue me and take me to court lol. This guy just can't take responsibility for anything. I'm a customer you gave horrible service and I'm leaving a bad review. Can't sue for that. Give better service, get good review. We came to him to…read morehelp us create a website for our Audio Production business, having very little experience in this field we looked to him & totally trusted him to guide & advise us through the process. We needed a website to reach out to future clients so they could hear our demos & podcasts. After we started the process we came up on several delays, but after 2 months our logo was finally completed for the website. This is when the trouble started, Oscar demanded full payment to complete the website so we complied, then he all but disappeared and it took us weeks to get him to respond. All the while trying to market our business in desperate search of revenue. When we he finally responded we got on a web-meeting where he unashamedly told us that he now had no way of uploading audio or podcasts on a website without extra costs, when we asked him what the costs were going to be he couldn't give us an answer. So we then asked him why he would tell us this after taking our money and promising us a functioning website with the ability to let people hear our work. He then changed his story and said all we paid for was a logo. He has refused to further finish the work he agreed to do and also refused to refund the money we paid him so we can find someone else to build our website. He has lied to us again and again promising the world and delivering not even the minimum and cheating us out of our hard earned money. He is not a trustworthy person and a deceitful businessman.

The owner is all too charming at first, and things might even seem as they are going well. Like our logo seemed to go well, but then when it came to getting the logo rights, vector file, logo portfolio, and especially the website, the ball completely dropped and everything went straight downhill. The owner tried to hijack the website he created (if you want to even call it a website because it was done last minute after hounding him for over 5 months to get it done and it was extremely unprofessional) by keeping it on his own personal network server, not allowing it to be searchable or anything without him wanting to charge us over $800 a month for SEO. We ended up firing this company and having to eat the cost of the website and build our own from the ground up, which ended up being way better than what this company did for us. Trust me, you can do way better than this company for your money. I honestly don't know how they are still in business the way they cheat people. I wish I could choose negative stars instead of 1!!
