My husband and I relocated to New Jersey after spending our entire lives in California; needless to say, we didn't know any areas in South Jersey that would be a fitting place for our family. We did extensive research on realtor firms that had a strong presence in South Jersey which led us to Keri Ricci's team. From the first call to Ricci's firm to being appointed to Danielle, our buying journey seemed too easy that we often joked that something was bound to go wrong. We flew out to NJ, and only had one weekend to buy a home. Beforehand, we gave Danielle an extensive list on what type of neighborhood and home we wanted. We weren't easy customers with our demand, but Danielle proved to us why we made the right decision in going with Ricci's team from the first time we met her. Danielle had done her research and outlined houses that met our qualifications informing us why she selected each home for us to view, and then patiently guided us to many homes that weekend. Once we made an offer on our home, Danielle's communication and professionalism between the sellers, husband and I, lenders, etc. was outstanding. Before I had a question, Danielle was on the phone to my husband and I to update us on whatever issue or change happened during the buying process. It is not easy buying in an area that you're unfamiliar with, but Danielle from Keri Ricci's team made our experience seamless. We would choose Danielle as our buyer's agent over, and over, and over again. I truly believe that there isn't another firm that knows South Jersey better. Thank you, Danielle, for helping us find a house that we're loving being able to call home. Kandace and Fred Valentino
