He was always paid on time and his exact quote. My daughter & I gave him so much such as kitchen appliances & all types of beautiful living room, dining room & bedroom furniture. We didn't charge him a dime nor did he give us a discount. In the beginning Mr. Lallo was present and worked on the projects. After sometime he was working onsite and left the projects to his workers. Well this is when the nightmare started. Jobs were unsatisfactory, a water valve was left open in my kitchen which flooded my new hardwood kitchen floors and new cabinet. A memorial statue in honor of my late veteran husband was broke and covered up. Finally, the remodeling of a bathroom was horrible and I spoke with Mr. Lallo. He stated (in front of 3 witnesses) he would come the next day (6/3/2023) to redo and correct the bathroom. Well he never returned, no call, didn't answer text or emails. His cost for this job was $11,700, not including supplies. He was paid over $7,000 & the balance would be paid at the end. Unfortunately, he didn't want to take responsibility or pay for the errors his workers caused. He lied, has posted false jobs on his Facebook page and Joshua Lallo LLC took the cowardly approach and disappeared. DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUDULENT CONTRACTOR.

I left a check for 2650.00 which was quickly cashed. He was supposed to have completed a Parkwood half basement sheet rock ceiling, which was already stripped of anything, install a drop ceiling in the bathroom, install 11 recessed lights and install a drop ceiling in the laundry room with tracking. He never came to the house as per my daughter who was home. He sent two contractors which neither one of them spoke English, and did not understand what my daughter was telling them when they were trying to move the bed, shoe closet and dresser which they broke and tried to hide. So they installed the drop ceiling in the bathroom with the track, which was already in there, which was multiple colors and should have been changed, did not install the recessed lighting in the bathroom did not complete the spackling on the sheet rock ceiling or partial drop ceiling in the basement. And did not touch the laundry room. Now he will not respond to my text messages in my emails and complete the work I highly suggest to avoid this contractor.

I found these guys, and they gave me a great price based off two pictures I sent and was very responsive with any questions and updates. Easy to schedule and they came right on time and it only took a couple hours. They re-mounted the countertop and everything is fixed.
