She has a nice setup in an office building and the suite is really cute and comfortable. I always feel a little anxious going to an aesthetician but she encouraged me to make clear what I wanted for my brows and she showed me exactly what she was going to do. I walked out feeling so much better and have recommended her already to a couple of my friends looking for a brow girl. Tips: Make an online appt so you can see her schedule all at once. Also, the suite is in the office building you're led to from Google/Apple maps; you can park and enter on the side facing the closed bank. Just walk in and go to the left, she's in suite 22.

In front of the large glass door is the wall of products & the check-in/out counter and of course some chairs to sit in while you wait for your Wax Specialist to call you to your room. Behind the glass door you'll typically find at least 6 red doors with numbers on them, and the bathroom. These rooms are for the waxing. I was called back by Amanda she's considered a red line Wax Specialist meaning she knows what she's doing. If you've been to enough European Wax Centers you know the waxer doesn't leave the room while you undress however they turn their back. Before getting started Amanda asked if I needed any additional waxing services (up sell). She quickly got started and with each swipe of wax she used a new popsicle stick. The entire waxing service was complete within 15 minutes. During my service, she went over the different products I've have used previously and reminded me what they were used for. When she finished she put one of their products on me and it felt cool. Amanda walked me out told me about her product sale. I paid out, gave my tip, and scheduled my next appointment. If you schedule your next appointment you get a $1 credit (that's how I understood it) European Wax Center's technique is AMAZING, I love it. At the time there was only one review on this place and I was semi-worried about getting a microdermabrasion service without completely knowing what kind of place I was getting myself into. With that being said, I am so glad that I gave this place a try! I really appreciate the fact that this place is a one-stop shop (hair, nails, facials, body care, and makeup) because although I like to get pampered, I appreciate having everything done in one place due to my busy schedule. Whoever the designer was did a really good job at separating the salon and spa side of things. I really liked that the spa/skincare side was separated from the hair and nail side of things. The place is very clean and I did notice that my esthetician used new sponges on me and threw them away after using them (fun fact - by law estheticians are required to use new sponges on clients - however I've been to some shady places that did not do this....eekgads!). My esthetician was very friendly and allowed me to chatter the whole time. Also the receptionist was really cool too and answered a lot of my questions when I was trying to schedule an appointment over the phone. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so I am attaching a picture of my skin after the microdermabrasion service!

This time, I decided I wanted to switch it up for my birthday. The first pic is what I asked for & the other two, are what I got. It took 5 hours and while Dianna was drying my hair, she was talking about all the things that went wrong; how the root touch up didn't "hold" like it was supposed to, how I have "color buildup" in certain areas so the color is "uneven"(which if I had color buildup, it's due to one of her other stylists that's been coloring my hair), how there wasn't much difference in my hair but "it'll get lighter over time", etc. Somehow, the cost was $405, which I think is a complete scam. I paid it all in cash and a few days later, they charged my card $405 as well, so they took $810 from me, for hair that I didn't ask for. They said that my "transaction never went through" and I told them I paid them in cash so they should never charge my card in the first place, and they claim they gave me a refund but I'm still waiting on it to go through. In addition, they made appointments for me that I was never informed of & completely unaware about until 2 hours before & they were upset when I didn't show up. Sad to say I won't be returning to this salon
