Darcars Lexus service department was thorough, provided explanations for the list of opportunities presented, and even walked her through priority regarding safety and what can be left for owner's preference. Cesar was not only able to explain the what but the why behind each line item and never made us feel pressured to do anything. I sat and observed while my best friend handled her car business and was able to overhear the other service representatives providing the same level of exceptional service. Kudos to this service team!

We have purchased a pre-owned Lexus NX450H+ on-line. Huge thanks to Ashley Ramirez Ferrer, online consultant for helping with questions we had. Me and my wife have flown to New York from Houston to pick up our Lexus. Upon arrival the vehicle and all documents were ready and after signing all papers we started our 1600 mile trip back to Houston with no technical problems whatsoever. Please also extend our thanks to the mechanical team for their expertise. We will recommend our friends about the great service at Darcars Lexus of Greenwich. Great job all around! If you want honest and professional service, ask for James!

From the moment I called to inquire about the car's availability to driving the car off the lot, Johnny and Haris went out of their way to ensure my experience was positive. They explained the similarities and differences between the Audi I was purchasing versus my Audi trade-in, and the deal closing and transfer process took less than an hour. This is my third Audi and I was very impressed with the New Country experience. If you're looking for a great selection of pre-owned vehicles and a smooth acquisition process, Johnny and Haris deliver a very customer-centric buying experience!

I really hate writing reviews like this, but after three Audis from Audi Greenwich, I am done. And…read moremore than anything, I want other women who aren't car experts to understand what happened to me before trusting this very corrupt dealership to guide them through a purchase. I feel completely taken advantage of. I came into Audi Greenwich as a loyal repeat customer looking for my next car as my A5 Sportback lease was ending. I relied on their sales rep, Jason Schneidermesser, to explain the options to me (his suggestion was the S5, I did not come in seeking out this car). That's when the nightmare began. What I was not properly educated about was what I now have been informed is a completely impractical wheel and tire configuration for the way this car was sold to me: as my normal, everyday vehicle to commute locally around Westchester. In 6k miles, I have had FIVE tire failures involving only the sidewalls (no nails or anything). That's right... FIVE. For comparison, I drove my previous two Audis for 90k combined miles and had ONE flat tire in total. And when they fail? The car has no a spare or donut, so I am stranded. I didn't suddenly forget how to drive! And yet every time this happened, the answer from Audi Greenwich was essentially that some sort of "outside influence" caused it. Their solution? Replace the tire (at around $500 each out of pocket, and they never have them in stock so I was almost always out of a car for about a week), and send me back out in exactly the same setup, waiting for it to happen again within weeks, with newly damaged wheels. At some point, five sidewall failures in 6k miles should make the dealership that sold the car stop blaming the customer and start asking why this keeps happening, no!?? And the misrepresentation didn't stop there! Remote start was specifically explained that it was a non negotiable feature that I needed in my car. I asked Jason directly whether the car had it and was told YES verbally, and in writing during the sales process. Within 24 HOURS of taking delivery, Jason told me that he had been wrong and the car actually did NOT have remote start, but it would be "getting it shortly, within a few months". I have this in writing too. We are now 8 months later. No remote start. Jason is a crook and will say anything needed in writing to make a sale. He just hounded and pushed me through the process with dozens upon dozens of harassing text messages, rather than educating me about what I was actually buying. What a disgrace. I escalated this directly to General Manager, Keith Kubat, expecting that after 3 consecutive Audis from his dealership, the GM would finally step in, acknowledge how absurd this situation had become and help find a reasonable permeant solution for a loyal customer with lies about the sales process in writing, and an unsafe car. I offered to just buy a different, more reliable car from them. Or maybe they would help put me in different tires or wheels? Anything, I was flexible! Instead, Audi Greenwich will not stand behind the car they sold me. No responses from Keith at all after the first one. Ghosted completely! That's what makes me the angriest. Don't aggressively sell me a car as the "natural upgrade" from the everyday Audi I've happily driven for years... incorrectly tell me it has a feature I've specifically said is non negotiable in writing... promise in writing to fix that mistake and fail to do it... and then shrug your shoulders when I experience FIVE sidewall tire failures in 6k miles that have continuously left me stranded without a vehicle. As a woman who openly acknowledged that I was not a car expert and gave them chances to make this right privately, I feel completely taken advantage of and unsafe. Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered a Maserati sunshade from Miller Motorcars Boutique as a birthday gift for my father…read more Maserati's official store had it *out of stock* (at $165). Miller's site listed it *in stock* (for $220), and their policy says in-stock items ship in 3 to 5 business days. I paid the markup and ordered on August 27th, well ahead of his birthday. Five business days later the order still said "awaiting fulfillment" and no one had reached out. The chatbot said it would ship in 3 to 5 days, so I left a message asking for an update from an actual human. On September 4th I finally heard back that the item was actually out of stock and delayed. On the 8th a second rep told me the same thing - that Maserati's shipment was stuck in New Jersey, refunded my shipping, upgraded me to 2nd day air, and promised to update me when it shipped. I replied that the birthday had already passed and that listing an out-of-stock item as in stock is misleading. It's the whole reason I ordered from Miller Motorcars. No one responded, and the promised update never came. I got an automated shipping notice on September 11th, and the sunshade, supposedly sent 2-day air, arrived September 15th, almost three weeks after I ordered. I paid $55 over Maserati's price because Miller said the item was in stock. A $10.99 shipping refund doesn't cover that, nor does it cover my father opening an empty present on a milestone birthday. I understand supply delays happen, but the stock status was wrong, I had to chase them for answers, and they didn't follow through on updates. They had plenty of *time* to try and make things right, and fumbled time and time again. Such a disappointing experience from a luxury boutique. Eww.
