If I could give this business negative stars, I would. I rented out my property through them. Their maintenance man reported what was going on but no one in a position of authority did anything to stop it. They even recommended I renew the tenant's lease, which I refused. Over $10,000 in damage to the unit and they refused to accept any responsibility or help with the cost of repair. My experience with them was terrible.

It cost my daughter almost $2000 to move into this townhouse at Parker Townhouse apartments down Wendover Ave. She moved in on May 2, 2025 and has been without air for almost the entire start of her lease including again today which makes it twice in just this month alone. My grandson has asthma and is on a daily nebulizer. This was also noted at the beginning of her lease. It is sad that this management company promise you all these amenities and things and then treat their tenants the way they do. Since May 2, 2025 my daughters air has went out "FIVE" times and they have had to come spray for nasty bugs (roaches) that come from up under the wall and from outside!!! These town houses are not worthy or in condition for anyone to stay in. I have offered to mow their grass or at least my daughters section due to the grass not being cut and getting as high as to your knees. The trash can is always over flowing with garbage all around and just blowing in the wind. I will be putting in a request for Channel 2 to go out there to the property so they can show the people what they will get dealing with Real Property Management! So please stay tuned. It should be against the law to rent out something in this condition. I will be moving my child and grandson out asap and will be consulting with an attorney in regards to breaking her lease. She asked them what did she have to do to break the lease because her and her son cannot continue to stay in those conditions and the lady at the office was very rude and unprofessional but I bet she does not stay in such conditions and should be ashamed for promoting those rental properties. Real Property Management count your days of robbing low income families - there will be a live viewing soon of what you really offer!!!! The absolute worst experience with a property management company I've ever experienced. Service…read morerequests for serious repair needs are completely ignored unless you call or text them non-stop. Then they lie and blame the home owners for not approving the repairs. This happened to me and I spoke directly to the home owner who told me they were never even informed of a needed repair. Then, they attempt to withhold security deposits for repairs that haven't even been completed. I asked for the repair invoices and receipts and it's going on two weeks and I haven't received a response. Seems like the receipts should be easily assessable given that they have them listed in detail in the letter they sent me. They accuse all renters of smoking in the property in an attempt to charge $500 plus smoke remediation fees. They told me they found cigarette butts in the home and are trying to charge me for it when no one ever smoked in the home while I was a tenant. When I vacated the property, I videoed every inch of the property and as my video will prove, there were no cigarette butts anywhere in the home. They even said they have pictures of cigarette butts inside the home, yet haven't sent a time stamped copy to me. In addition, their claims of numerous repairs would certainly have resulted in many individuals being in the home since I left. How do know that one of them didn't smoke while there. I spoke with a gentleman 2 weeks ago who was there replacing windows and the front door was wide open and he was the only person there, hence no supervision when repair people are in the home. They currently have numerous lawsuits pending against them now and are about to have another one as I'm filing my complaint for unjust enrichment and breach of contract this week. Beware.

AMH Do not rent from this company. I have left bad reviews…read moreall over. We have contacted the propety manager to no avail, we have contacted BBB to no avail and we've contacted corporate to no avail. We didn't get to see the home before we moved in as we were hours away. Three days before we moved in, my husband drove by the home after work and there were still people living in what was to be our new home. Upon move in, it has been a nightmare. The home was not cleaned, our shoes stuck to the floors, everything was sticky, damaged downstairs bathroom, stairs, rails, fridge, oven and the worst of all...the home was filled with roaches. Yes, roaches. $2600 a month in rent to live with roaches. My daughter's fan in her room, she turned it on and a blade came flying out at her, missing her by inches. We've had 4 water leaks: dishwasher, ac, roof and our master bath shower. All this in 4 months of living here. When I contacted the property manager, Brittany Ramsey, about the roaches, she said she had no clue and that maintenance said it was fine upon inspection. She also didn't know that her own company was responsible for pest control. Instead, I had to hire a pest control at first. They did end up hiring a pest control, 3 months after the fact. The master bath shower was replaced with the smallest shower possible. They fit the shower today, finally, and my husband can't even fit in the shower. Maintenance tried telling me that's the biggest shower they can get. Yet, Lowe's sells showers bigger than this. Maintenance says it could take up to another 2 weeks before our master shower is fixed. We have now been without a master shower for well over 3 weeks already. So, possibly 5 weeks total without a master shower. For $2600 a month in rent. Maintenance supervisor got cross with me today because I told him they always fix things the cheapest way possible instead of the correct way, but it's the truth.
