My husband and I decided to do premarital counseling before our wedding, and we were so fortunate to find Debbie online. From our very first session, she created such an inviting, comfortable space and was incredibly easy to talk to. Going in, we weren't entirely sure what to expect, but Debbie instantly understood both of our perspectives. She helped us open up effortlessly and gave us practical guidance to strengthen our existing habits while introducing wonderful new practices into our relationship. We are so grateful we found her and had the opportunity to complete our premarital sessions with her--she truly made a lasting impact as we prepared for marriage! read more

My husband and I have been working with Debbie for a year and a half, and both of us cannot even begin to put into the words the positive impact she's had on helping us navigate everything from general life transitions, to large scale challenges. Debbie's positive, client centered approach creates a balance within sessions that is equal parts supportive and challenging. The connection and personalized relationship she fosters with her client's is by far the best part of working with her. Debbie also goes above and beyond for her client's, and never makes you feel that the time is a burden on her. The space she holds for client's, mixed with her research backed approaches to couples work, have allowed our marriage to flourish in ways we never even knew we wanted. The experience has been so positive, that we've even been able to get many of our friends to invest in couples therapy of their own. As a therapist myself, finding someone like Debbie, who's experience and genuine care overflows into her work with clients, has been pivotal in our progress. Every hour spent with Debbie inspires not only our dedication to our marriage, but positively impacts my own work as a therapist. Working with Debbie is an investment that we never question, as we feel the reward of this kind of work as a couple far outweighs any monetary value. It's a gift to work with someone who invests so much of her own energy and passion into her work with clients. read more

My husband & I were in a very dark place two years ago. I came across Lambert couples therapy after reading the great reviews on Yelp & had a feeling they were going to be the ones to help save our marriage. I called Debbie and she got us in for an emergency appointment that night. After that, we saw Debbie every week for about 6 months. Debbie got me right away but she also understood my husband. She was able to open our eyes to things we were both doing that were detrimental to our relationship. She was always so caring, invested in our marriage, and our individual personal development. She provided us with the tools we needed in order for us to break through & fix our marriage. She taught us how to love each other through the hard times, appreciate each others uniqueness & differences, & how to communicate effectively even through disagreements. My husband & I will forever be grateful to Debbie. She will always have a special place in my heart. Highly recommend! read more

Debbie has a special gift for listening, identifying where you and your partner are struggling, explaining to you what your issues are (this is perhaps her greatest strength and it provides IMMEDIATE relief), and then knowing EXACTLY what you need to do to move forward in your relationship. I was struggling with my partner, and with her counsel I was able to not only reverse a relationship that was headed for separation, but to truly grow myself, and grow ourselves as a couple. Whatever she charged me is NOT ENOUGH for the relationship she supported us in creating. I would advise all to go to Debbie first for quick relief and a lifetime filled with an intimate, caring, and loving relationship. read more

We contacted the Lambert's (Craig & Debbie) summer of 2021 as our 27 year marriage had been deteriorating for several years. We decided to attend two back to back days at 2 hours per session with both Craig & Debbie. We had a lot of "muck" to get out and although it took most of the first 2 hours session to begin to open up, by the second session we had begun to make some progress. Both Craig & Debbie are very good at what they do and are excellent listeners too. We had been to a MFT Doctor a year or two ago who was good, but really did not get to the root issues as the Lambert's were able to do. We came back in Jan. 2022 for a second round of back to back 2 hours sessions over a 2 day period and once again the time (& money) was well spent. I suspect we will periodically schedule time with Lambert's as we look ahead as I am sure we will need some "tune ups" as we move forward. read more

We have worked with Debbie for over two years and she is absolutely amazing! We started off going for a fixed amount of appointments for pre-marital counseling, however, we ultimately loved what we were learning and loved the way we felt after seeing Debbie, so we decided to make it a bi-monthly occurrence. It's amazing how much we have learned and how comfortable and easygoing the entire process has been. We have learned countless communication strategies that we now use on a daily basis not only with each other but with our friends and family as well! Debbie Lambert is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable and I encourage all couples needing some help to work the hard things out or those who want to learn some better communication strategies to work with her! read more

What an absolutely amazing experience it was meeting with Craig. My partner and I met Craig for couples counseling. While my partner meets with Debbie for individual counseling. I am not exaggerating when I say they have truly transformed both our relationship and us individually. Craig has provided us invaluable tools we use regularly, which led us to greater peace in our relationship. We have been able to expand in our union and grow through our turbulent times into a space of peace and trust. I believe a lot of this is through the insightful work we were able to do with Craig, to explore ourselves and get to the root of our issues. Debbie has provided my partner Patrick with a fantastic path to healing. The change in him is surreal. I am so grateful for these two. They have changed our lives for the better. Five stars doesn't seem like enough! read more

Debbie Lambert is a horrible therapist who should have her license revoked. My partner and I visited Debbie during a rough patch in our relationship and did both joint and separate sessions. Debbie would play both sides in order to stir the pot which put a further strain on our relationship. It wasn't until after we stopped seeing Debbie and talked about our therapy with her that we realized exactly what she was doing. Our relationship is now thriving better than ever despite Debbie's attempts to tear us apart. Stay far away from this manipulative broken person who will waste your money. There are so many better options out there for couples therapists who will actually make an impact. read more

Debbie cured my fear of flying. Read no further--book your appointment. I mean it. I'd been freaking out on planes for years, and it had been getting worse with time. It can be longer for other people, but for me, one session with Debbie was all it took. I had a short flight the following day, from SD to SF. I was fine. No crazy anxiety, no sweaty palms, no scary thoughts racing through my head. Last month I flew to Spain, and enjoyed the flight. read more

My husband and we're having some challenges with our communication (which is ironic since we coach this stuff for a living) and it was creating a huge block in our relationship. We were 7 years into our relationship (married for 3 years) and expecting a child so we REALLY needed a tune up. We searched online for someone who was not in our community (for privacy reasons) and we found Craig! We saw him weekly for a couple months and it was the best decision we'd made as a couple in a long time!! We dove all the way in and he coached us from an unbiased place. We both felt heard and listened to. We both got the support we needed to get on the other side of what was standing in our way of being in the same page. We're now about to bring our baby into the world and our home is a loving, warm, connected, and beautiful environment. I have no doubt that our son will reap the benefits of our choice to solve our challenges under Craig's guidance! I highly recommend his coaching and I've worked with A LOT of coaches. He really knows his stuff!!! read more

My husband and I have been married for 5 years. We have so much stacked against us. Both of our families have issues with our union(Many Family members, not all), money, and communication. My husband and I saw Craig and Debbie Lambert together and individually and they gave us tools and clarity on our marriage. The tools they gave us has helped both in our marriage and outside of our marriage(cuddly teddy bear :-) works on everyone) We are still a work in progress and I believe that is marriage, "a work" but with great tools, one can navigate marriage a bit better and more enjoyable. I pray GOD continues to strengthen and lengthen our marriage and the tools we received and will continue to receive will enable us to grow. In JESUS' Name. Thank you Craig and Debbie Lambert for your time and your counsel. read more

"Without a doubt, Debbie Lampert is compassionate, sensitive, kind, understanding, experienced and highly trained as a therapist. She combines years of experience with her own personal "life story." She understands "trauma and loss." She is very successful and effective with helping both couples and individuals. Her work is "cutting edge" couple therapy with insight and brilliance in understanding the complexity of relationships. I highly recommend Debbie. You will be in "highly competent" hands. Craig is truly amazing. I'm a marriage and family therapist trainee so I was very picky about what I wanted. My husband didn't want to go to therapy, but agreed as long as the therapist was a man. Craig was perfect. He made us both feel very seen and understood and helped us to see and understand each other better. Our relationship is better than it's ever been. I truly could not say enough good stuff about Craig. He is worth every penny. Much cheaper than divorce and way more fulfilling. read more

Debbie Seid is an angel and one of the best therapists you can find in SoCal. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I was referred to Debbie for assistance with interview preparation and job mentoring. Debbie was incredible at understanding my strengths and weaknesses and catered our sessions to my specific needs. While providing overall coaching on my visual and audible presentation abilities, she was also excellent at digging deeper into how I could present my skills and abilities as unmatched by any other candidate. Debbie provided the direct feedback I needed while also offering advice that built me up as a person. I cannot thank her enough for the support and would recommend Debbie to anyone who needs coaching, mentoring, interview support, or even as just someone to talk too. read more

My fiancé and I worked with Craig for 6 premarital sessions. Craig is amazing! We loved his calm, open nature -- he made us feel incredibly comfortable, even over Zoom. We had been recommended to him from a friend, and felt so lucky that we had the opportunity to work with him remotely. Craig's sessions are structured, and he offers tools and exercises you can reference in the future. He cultivates open, supportive sessions. We both felt so fortunate to be able to invest in the skills Craig helped us learn, and feel optimistic about our ability to use these skills for years to come. Thank you Craig! read more

My husband and I first began seeing Craig three years ago - a year into marriage. I almost wish we had found him earlier so he could have gotten to know us as a dating couple, but regardless of when we started seeing Craig, one thing is for certain - marriage counseling or couples therapy is good for the relationship regardless of if there are any obvious issues or not. To be honest, I was initially skeptical about therapy, but I can't say enough about having a neutral third party to help navigate relationship hiccups that isn't part of family or friends. I had never been to couple's counseling prior to meeting with Craig, so inevitably the nerves were there from not knowing what to expect. Our introduction to Craig was awesome. He took the time to get to know us both individually and hear our story and background. He's got a pretty soothing presence and a great office space that immediately puts you at ease. He has an uncanny ability to provide a safe space and empathize while holding a neutral stance. The more we saw Craig the more comfortable we became, and he's helped us get closer as a couple. Even when we felt like our relationship was at its strongest, Craig had exercises that built on our already strengthened relationship that helped us look toward the future. I remember specifically him asking my husband and I to perform an exercise that combined both our goals/hopes for what we see in the future to see where we aligned and where we were different. It's something we use even to this day in keeping our relationship moving forward. We still see Craig regularly even if it's just to check in. Good for the soul and good for our marriage. I couldn't recommend a better therapist. read more

Craig was very helpful and had given us many tools to better communicate and better understand our relationship. He truly made a difference in our relationship. We came to him when we were at our wits end and he helped us open up and realize that we wanted to put in the work to have a loving relationship and something worth saving and now after putting in the work it's turned into an engagement. He was very understanding and we had such a great experience. Thank you Craig for your knowledge and guidance! read more

My fiance and I truly benefited from our sessions with Craig. Craig has a remarkable ability to listen, comprehend, and speak honestly without the feeling of judgement. Craig has a number of useful tools/activites that helped us open and learn from each other and we will continue to use what Craig has taught us to help navigate through the common challenges young couples are facing today. While we did complete our sessions, we are interested in meeting with Craig more. Thanks so much Craig, can't thank you enough! read more

I had been skeptical about whether hypnotherapy would help in easing my issues w depression and self esteem. After a series of sessions w Debbie, her expertise, compassionate demeanor, and comforting words have changed my perspective on how to view myself. She has made a positive impact in my life. I have used Debbie for coaching and hypnotherapy many times over the last 5 years. Her guidance has turned around my thinking and confidence. She is simply the best in her field. She is very skilled and an intuitive healer. This is not "one size fits all." She listened and crafted a coaching and hypnotherapy plan that supported my needs and goals. I would not have the job responsibilities and positive outlook that I am so grateful for, without her impact in my life. I am not a frequent person, but Debbie is remarkable and I want to spread the word! read more

We feel they gave us the tools to listen each other more deeply, connect on a deeper level and develop an understanding of where each other is coming from when we feel triggered. I wasn't sure about therapy, but all the relationship tools & insights Craig provides makes communication and respecting each other's boundaries so much easier. I know now we'll have the nurturing, fun marriage we envision! I'm incredibly relieved that we took the plunge to learn how to fight without hurting each other, how to view each other's differences with wonder and curiosity rather than resentment, how to talk about money & sex. Craig got us to open up and have very real, genuine conversations that actually drew us closer. At this point, I refuse to give my blessing to any new marriage unless they get premarital counseling or marriage education first, preferably through Craig Lambert Couples Therapy. Now I can see, too, that so many of my friends never would have gotten divorced if they'd just learned these amazing insights to marriage. read more

If you are looking to enhance your relationship this is a very good workshop to take. Getting married or being in a committed relationship prior to marriage takes effort on both sides. Having the right tools and knowing many of the right questions to ask yourself and that special person you are with can make a huge difference. I enjoyed the fact that this was certainly a hands on on workshop so you will have ample opportunity to try out the techniques recommended and you can get help right on the spot. Very good tools to learn. read more

I have taken a great many workshops in the past but I truly think the one offered by Craig used such an innovative approach and contained such a meaningful agenda that we left feeling like our toolbox was brimming full for any couple conflicts. In fact (and this is saying a lot based on my two failed marriages!) if I had known about what I learned in this class when i was younger, I seriously doubt we would ever have gotten divorced. But the course entailed much more than just preventative strategies. There were all sorts of ways that we learned to enhance our relationship even if we never have any trouble brewing. A big bonus for us - - We were chosen as a couple to demonstrate a dialogue about a real resentment in front of the class and WOW, did it ever change the way I will look at any future discussions. The connections to my past and what gets triggered inside of me (subconsciously) was a tremendous Aha moment. I can't say enough about all that we learned with Craig's Couples workshop! read more
