Crispy thin crust pizza with good toppings and friendly service. In short, the pizza was good, the service seemed a bit overwhelmed, but their friendliness took the edge off. I didn't expect it to be as good as it was--colour me pleasantly surprised.
The Carter was a highlight--very good, with or without the chilli oil. The pepperoni, feta and olives were all excellent.
The Lamb, however good, was flawed in that the lamb itself was not quite as good as I've come to expect from Australia and New Zealand; not sure if this is in how it's made (it was a bit tough) or how it's seasoned (tasted a bit gamy) or both. I'm eager to come back, but I would not order the lamb.
I only wish they had a few more drink options (i.e. cocktails or cidre)--in any case, I recommend Lambar Pizza without hesitation. read more
