I was hangry at this point (hungry cranky) and my ribs were cold and not tender in any way. My chips were cold and powdery and inedible plus my veggies the poor things were extremely salty. When I asked for a refund and to cancel the order which they ignored. Not the best experience and I wouldn't ever order takeaway from there again. Note: I paid through eatnow via paypal, and as the restaurant refused to refund me when I asked, I asked for a refund through eatnow, it was turned down. Asked me to contact the restaurant again. For all of you who use eatnow as a service, it would be wise to keep this in mind if you aren't satisfied with your order through one of their restaurants.
