Our excellent waiter recommended the veal entrecote with onion purée and the whole grilled seabass for main course and we went with his recommendation. He certainly knows what he is talking about. Lesson learned - listen to your waiter! Making room for dessert is a speciality that my friend and I have mastered over the years. This time we made room for Cheesecake with Passion Fruit Coulis, Dark Chocolate Dome, Caramel and Cherry Ice Cream and Sardine Ice cream. Not our usual trio but tasted great.
