They're not fully ready (microwave on floor, no fridge), but for a place to sleep and for the price $60 the beds were great, it was cleaned and the staff was very friendly. They worked w me and my daughter with checkout time. Checkout 11, late checkout 12, She had a job interview at 12. They let us stay past checkout time no fee. Humanity counts for a LOT in such a by-the-book, by-our-system-corporate-overlords rule world. I wish this family the best of luck w their endeavor. Only motel in the area should help. We always check our rooms before taking items in and found no signs of bed bugs. The next morning we found one in the bathroom. Staff was surprised to find one in our room but not surprised at the same time bc they said they spray every 2 weeks for them, they also said another room on our floor said they found one. We packed everything into trash bags and left. They charged us around $60 for the night we stayed and refunded the 2nd night.

I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn in Muskogee and, unfortunately for me the property is…read more extremely outdated, poorly managed and not maintained. This is not the normal experience I have when traveling and someone should take immediate actions to fix to preserve the Hilton brand and ensure guests have a good experience wanting to return to Hilton. The sauna, for example, has apparently been broken for over a year. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told they decided not to fix it because "it never worked anyway when people poured water on it." I'm not a sauna expert, but most saunas clearly instruct guests not to pour water on the heating elements, so this explanation didn't exactly inspire confidence. The fitness center is another major concern. The air conditioning does not work well and before starting my work out I felt hot. When looking at the ceiling you can see the dirt marks where the not-so-great working air conditioner has blow over the years. The room has a noticeable unclean or moldy smell and there is water marks and dirt along the walls. Some of the equipment specifically the Peloton has broken parts, the handles to tighten the seat and the handle to tighten the handle bars, without these you cannot safely operate the bike and is impossible to use. The water station in the gym was also empty both days of my stay. On the first day, the receptionist kindly gave me a bottle of water. On the second day, however, I was told, "we don't really fill that," and was directed to go to the breakfast area and use the juice machine instead which felt like a pretty low standard for a hotel. The pool area also has some gaps. After swimming, guests were left with only very small gym-style towels (roughly 1' x 2') to dry off. That's simply not adequate for most adults and creates an uncomfortable experience for guests trying to leave the pool area. I witnessed a larger adult male and his three kids use multiple towels to dry off which is extremely inconvenient In addition to that, the carpeting is worn, has bumps and at minimum should be re stretched or replaced as it is an outdated style, the ice machines are old, there is tape holding the panel on inside the elevator and there's a general lack of upkeep throughout the property is visible. I typically expect a consistent, reliable experience from Hilton properties and as a Diamond member I find it very disappointing as I have chosen Hilton to be my preferred hotel chain.

We were in building 105 which had five bedrooms and four baths. We had about 14 people from several different families and this was a perfect setup for us. Very large common area with several tables and many chairs. Various sized bathrooms with a mix of tubs and walk-in showers. One room had a king size bed and the other four each had two double beds. It was right across from the pond and disc golf course which we liked. Just a short walk to the pool and Soda Steve's restaurant. The water was hot and showers had good pressure. A/C worked well. We liked the property's gift shop and little game room with the ping pong and foosball tables. Having said that, I'm not sure we would return in the future. As many have mentioned in the reviews the "resort" has not aged well. Our building was musty and outdated. Many things were bent or patched together. Some of the blinds did not shut, handles were loose, light bulbs needed replaced, light fixtures had a few bugs in them and the exterior was shabby and poorly managed. The cooking items in the kitchen were just a hodge podge of items. Many windows had film on them that obstructed the view. Three of the rooms had floor to ceiling wood paneling and were very outdated. You got the feeling the friendly staff cleaned as well as they could but were having a hard time keeping up with the older property. Building 105 is located right next to an abandoned looking private residence. For $1200 for two nights you really expect more. The skating rink was a concrete floor in a building that was not air- conditioned. The hot tub jets worked but the heater was broken. There was no internet or wi-fi. There was a TV but no cable and channels were very limited and this was pretty disappointing. We were disappointed as well that there were no queen beds but only double beds. The rooms certainly could have accommodated queen beds. We all agreed that the quality of the place was the level of a Motel 6 or less which is a shame since the property is really laid out well and has a lot of potential. Hopefully an investment in funds can someday bring this place back to what it used to be.
